My wife has a little sitting area in out back yard under a pop-up canopy. She got a few sets of solar lights to accent around the canopy base and they weren't very bright, too small and just wasn't what she wanted. I found these and the length was spot on for my use. The canopy rim is 8' square so we needed 32ft running of lights. I was worried they may be too bright but they are perfect. They have clips built on every lamp base. These lamps are LED bulbs that unscrew like a household bulb but smaller. They were easy to string across the canopy frame and in no time it was done and looks really nice. I ran an outdoor extension cord up the corner leg where the string of lights start and stop. Works fine in sun or rain, we had bad storms last week with about 6" of rain and the lights were fine.The lighting it produces is soft but fairly well light. We're really happy.

Beautiful but a couple lights went out within 2 weeks.
Beautiful lights! Adds so much to our area. Although a couple lights went out within the first 2 weeks. Glad they included a few replacements but it’s unfortunate that we need to use them so soon.

Camp fires and romantic night's!
Great. The only thing I would have done different was ordered them with a battery pack and not a plug in. It let's off the perfect amount of light to give the "romantic" feelings. I have it close to my fire pit. Love the light it puts off. Especially chilling with a beer and enjoying nature. (Yes u can enjoy nature with a little man made light, just drink your beer and use your imagination.... its fire flies).

Very fragile bulbs.
Dissappointed in the fragileness of the bulbs when taking out of the box. The glass would break off the base in the socket. Glad to have the extras! Using these with high school students not good. BUT they looked AMAZING hanging from the ceiling above the tables at prom.

They came as expected but better! I love the warmth and the quality of light they emit. Will buy them again if I need some more.

Lightbulbs abt two feet apart from each other
Was expecting lights to be much closer together! Each lightbulb is about two feet apart, which was not how it appeared. Not great for my intended use, but they look nice in a different room. Quite warm and bright! Great cozy murder-doc lighting.Also- no remote control, but was not expecting one either.

Mein Balkon freut sich
... und wir uns noch mehr auf den Balkon. Die Lichterkette ist leider genau zu den ganzen Regentagen angekommen und daher noch kein Bild im montierten Zustand. Ich habe sie natürlich aber schon getestet und kann folgendes sagen berichten:positiv:- angenehm warmes Licht- für meine Zwecke genau richtig in der Helligkeit, extrem dezente Beleuchtung habe ich schon, so sieht man zb. beim Essen was- Verarbeitung wirkt wertig- 3 Ersatzleuchtmittelnegativ:- bisher nichts feststellbarIch werde die Lichterkette in den nächsten Tagen sicher montieren und dann oder nach einer längeren Nutzungszeit noch einmal über die Rezension schauen. Vom unboxing und einem ersten Test ausgebreitet in der Wohnung bin ich auf jeden Fall überzeugt!

Super Lichterkette
Ich habe die Lichterkette nun seit einigen Tagen in Gebrauch und liebe sie.Sie war sehr sicher verpackt und in der Verpackung liegen auch jeweils Ersatz-Glühbirnen bei, was ich super finde, da ich hoffe, dass sie mehrere Jahre auf dem Balkon übersteht und man so einzelne Birnen auch mal wechseln kann.Sie ist bei uns im Innenbereich über eine smarte Steckdose angeschlossen und geht so bei Sonnenuntergang selbstständig an und wird zu einer bestimmten Uhrzeit wieder ausgeschaltet.Über die Wetterfestigkeit kann ich bisher nicht klagen. Es hat bereits zwei Mal geregnet und bisher hält alles super, ich hoffe das bleibt auch so.Perfekt für unseren sehr langen, aber gleichzeitig sehr schmalen Balkon war, dass man mehrere Lichterketten (in unserem Fall 2) hintereinander anschließen kann und so trotzdem nur eine Steckdose benötigt.Wie bereits einige andere RezensentInnen geschrieben haben, ist die Lichterkette sehr hell - eigentlich etwas zu hell für meinen Geschmack. Da sie mir aber abgesehen davon optisch super gut gefällt, darf sie trotzdem bleiben. Wenn man sie dimmen könnte, wäre sie absolut perfekt.

Macht ein schönes Licht
Sehr angenehmes Licht und toll dass sich mehrere Ketten verbinden lassen. So braucht man nicht überall Steckdosen / Kabel hinlegen.Ersatzbirnen liegen mit bei. Und da eine Standard Fassung kann man kaputte Birnchen später auch noch anders austauschen. Ich hoffe aber so schnell ist das nicht nötig.Bin rundum zufrieden bis jetzt.

Insgesamt durchwachsen. Würde den Artikel nicht mehr kaufen.
Die Lichterkette ist an sich in Ordnung. Im Außenbereich wäre ich vorsichtig. Wenn aus irgendeinem Grund eine der Glühbirnen doch „nach oben“ schaut, kann durchaus Wasser daran entlang zur Fassung laufen. (Auch denkbar bei starkem Wind)Ich persönlich finde die LEDs etwas hell, das ist aber ja Geschmacksache.Enttäuschend ist, dass nach nur etwa 2 Monaten und trotz seltner Nutzung manche LEDs schon defekt sind, bzw. stark nachgelassen haben (siehe Bilder).Ich finde dafür ist sie dann doch zu teuer.Schön: die LEDs bestehen aus echtem Glas, das sieht einfach besser aus als Kunststoff.
