Delicious! I made it for a church potluck. And it was a hit! Made with cream cheese frosting on vanilla cupcakes. But someone said it reminded them of carrot cake. There was 25 between the chocolate and this almond flour baking mix. There was nothing left! All were eaten and brought home with them. The texture is moist soft, flavorful and a bit heavy, but still puffed up like a cupcake should. The price is high but it’s worth it. Just follow the directions you will love it!

LOVE this mix! It is such a great option if you don't want to make homemade banana bread. If you want to take this boxed mix to the next level, use buttermilk instead of water and add a tsp of vanilla extract. Gives the bread a much nicer texture and flavor.

Love this baking mix! I add spiced sauteed apples to the center before baking! Very nice product for GF people.
