My daughter n law is left handed. She was elated to receive this gift from me. It makes get life easier.

Honestly, I really wanted to love this spatula. I was so excited when I ordered it that I told everybody in the office and bragged to my left-handed relatives that I would soon have a left-handed spatula that would make my life so much easier. I couldn't wait for it to arrive, and used it the first time I cooked after. Unfortunately, that's when I discovered that the leading edge being rounded instead of beveled meant that rather than slide under my food, it knocked into the side. Everything I wanted to turn I wound up pushing to the edge of the pan before I could get the edge underneath. I've used this spatula multiple times since and have experienced the same thing every time. It could be a learning curve, so I will keep trying, but I suspect that with the rounded edge I will continue to have issues.Pros: This is a very well-made spatula and is small but comfortable to hold.Cons: The thickness of the blade and rounded edge means that it can't be used as a turner.

My husband has been asking for quite awhile, he's a lefty.He liked having a spatula that was easier for him to use.A simple gift, much appreciated.

Don't let the wonky translation of these products' names deter you. This is a solid tool that is way more impressive than I imagined a spatula could ever be. Very nicely balanced.Took me over 30 years as a lefty cook--suffering with right-handed tools--to realize how big an improvement a properly angled left-handed spatula can make!Shipping took several weeks but it was well worth the wait. My wife loves it. I never thought about it making a difference but I picked it up to use it and it was a little awkward for a right hander. Now I know what you lefties go through. I fits curved surfaces well too.
