Cheap and effective to stop mouth breathing
I bought these to correct mouth breathing whilst following The Oxygen Advantage. I’d anticipated they might feel stifling and uncomfortable but whilst they are sticky enough to be effective, they are not really uncomfortable and don’t make it hard to fall asleep. They’re also transparent so not too hideously visible if you’re bed sharing with someone familiar. After 2 weeks am noticing that I actually am breathing more consistently through my nose in the day too. I don’t snore so can’t comment on whether It helps that but am not waking with mouth dryness. I did buy one of the chin straps at same time but that felt uncomfortable and was very obtrusive and can’t imagine wearing that

Definitely work, but expensive!!
Have been a mouth breather for years and snore really badly from the back of my throat (when my mouth is open). Used a mandibular advancement device for years, which brings the jaw forward and keeps the mouth closed, but it can cause jaw problems and cause the teeth to move, so stopped using it.Then, I found these. Perfect! They keep the mouth closed and they’re comfortable, and you actually dont even notice they’re there after a couple of days of using them.I dont need to drink now through the night as my mouth doesnt get dry, and so I dont actually need to take the strip off through the night. However, if you do need to take it off, it does go back on! My sleep is much improved.HOWEVER, you dont even get enough strips to last one month, and they are incredibly expensive for what is effectively a piece of tape with a small hole in it! I suspect many people have used these and then looked elsewhere because of the price. Either the manufacturer is greedy, or they’re using expensive materials, because there are cheaper alternatives out there.Love the product, hate the price. Will be looking for a cheaper version.

💤 "SomniFix Sleep Strips - A Promising Solution for Improving Nighttime Breathing"
As someone who has struggled with both snoring and poor sleep quality, I was intrigued by the claims made about the SomniFix Sleep Strips. The promise of promoting nose breathing, reducing mouth breathing, and providing instant snoring relief sounded like exactly what I needed to improve my sleep.Upon trying the product, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and easy-to-use design. The hypoallergenic, transparent strips adhere gently to the lips without leaving any residue behind. And the central vent provides a welcome compromise, allowing for limited mouth breathing if needed. In terms of performance, I have to say the SomniFix strips delivered on their promises. After consistent use over the course of a few weeks, I noticed a marked improvement in my sleep quality. My snoring was significantly reduced, and I woke up feeling more rested and refreshed. The benefits of nose breathing, as detailed in the product description, were also clearly evident. I experienced less nasal congestion, and my energy levels throughout the day were noticeably higher."Customers say" these sleep strips are a game-changer, and I can largely agree. They're a simple, yet effective solution for improving nighttime breathing and overall sleep quality. That said, I do have a couple of minor gripes. The adhesive, while gentle, didn't always seem to maintain its grip throughout the night, leading to the occasional need for readjustment. And while the cost is reasonable, I can understand some users' concerns about the long-term expense of regular use.Overall, I'd rate the SomniFix Sleep Strips a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars. 🌟🌟🌟🌟✨ They're a well-designed, innovative product that delivers on their core promises. If you're looking to improve your sleep and reduce snoring, these strips are definitely worth a try.

Hooray, they work!!
I expected these to be another waste of money, having already invested in nose clips and other various tools supposed to help reduce snoring.I’ve been wearing them for a couple of weeks now and I am very pleased to say that they work, my husband reports no snoring and restful sleeps for both of us. On the first night I was conscious of the strip and couldn’t get to sleep for hours with the anxiety of having something over my mouth but after that I had no problems. There are super sticky but not difficult to take off and they have a little slit if you do feel the need to take a breath through your mouth. These are literally sleep savers, no more being poked in the ribs by a grumpy husband and no risk of being booted out to one of the spare rooms.

Really?
My Ear Nose & Throat specialist suggested I needed to retrain myself to breath through my nose rather than my mouth, and tape at night over my mouth would be a good starting place! I thought there must be a specific product and so bought these very expensive ‘plasters’. Frankly they don’t stick well, need precision in sticking on and the 99p surgical tape I bought in a well known high street store is more effective!

Overpriced and useless
Must be one of the most useless purchases I have made on Amazon ever.I bought a box of 28, so far I have tried 9 of them and out of those 9, only one of them NEARLY thought about stickingI carry a bit of a stuble so tried again after trimming it right back to almost smooth ..... still no good.I'd have been just as well taking the £20 note for what I paid and cellotaping it over my gob because it would likely have lasted longer. It's great that others have had luck with them but as far as I am concerned these things are beyond useless and an utter waste of money. Even more frustrating because they are so damned expensive
