Pilates but with a burn

This is a GREAT addition to your Pilates routine. Talk about targeting core and arms! It feels sturdy enough but I could imagine too much pressure or accidentally falling on it the wrong way could cause a break. Care while using it is needed!

Low impact and quick results. The most fun you'll have with this ring is trying to hold it between your legs while doing the exercises because I promise you it isn't as easy as they make it look; but if you want fast results I'd say go for it.
