Gyms are closed I have limited wieghts and bench at home. I dont want to buy more heavier wieghts, you cant right now with out getting ripped off, so I bought these bands all the way up to #4.My plan was to use them with the weights but upon using the bands I realized using them alone first is enough of a challenge.So I have been using them, so far #1 and 2 band and like the workouts/stretching. I feel like I'm activating muscle I dont work out as much with free wieght/stretching.For the complaints I have a couple of them. The bands edges are sharp and can be rough in your hands, I dont use glove for wieght lifting but have to use them with these bands... maybe they still need to be broken in.This may be a rare thing but my black #2 band came in looking melt, sliced in a small area and I'm worried it's going to snap on me while still using it. I'm waiting for my replacment band to show up, but I'm standing in the black torn band streaching it out and its holding up.

I received this product swiftly. It is great for my use which is assisted pull ups, legs lifts, ect. However one thing to note is that the rubber surprisingly sliced into my thumb, drew blood, and has been a nagging injury for a few days now while I cook, garden, and do daily tasks. Im wondering if they did one last heat seal or something to smooth out the edges. Now I touch it more carefully but would like to be focusing more on my work out and less on being sliced unexpectedly by rubber. Thank you

As part of my physical therapy for shoulder surgery, I am required to do stretches at home. I ordered these bands, they arrived on time, but once I opened the box, whew, the smell was atrocious! I had to take them outside. I left them outside for 4 days, washed them in dish detergent, and even sprayed them with Fabreeze. They still stink.The bands are cute colors and I appreciate the dots indicating the different strengths.

I have the red band which has a resistance of 10-35Lbs. I love it! I really like the fact that I can add resistance to body weight workouts, and get more. I definitely recommend, because I will buy another one with a different resistance soon. Also, I want to add that the company sent me a pdf with a lot of workouts that I can add to my repertoire. I hope this helps!Update:I went ahead and bought another red one plus the purple band. I wanted the black one, but maybe they're out. Either way, I'm happy again I really like using these, and I can't wait to show others also!

Great band for stretching out your chest muscles and other random warm up exercises you decide to come up with. I've gotten similar bands from Marshalls or TJ Maxx and although those worked okay, I enjoy these ones much better. The thickness of the band is a good quality and the flex works well (depending on the color/resistance style you choose). You can use these for banded good mornings or add to your loaded bar, or to assist with pull ups if your a pansy like me and seem to have the weakest lats known to man.

This is the first time I ever purchased a resistance band. I joined a gym about a month before the virus had us staying at home. I wanted to purchase a few items that they had there to continue at home. I really like working with the resistance band. I’m so glad I purchased it from Bear KompleX because it’s the same quality of what I use at the gym. It was a good price and service was fast & reliable. I plan to buy a couple more of different strengths.

They feel a little different than the Rogue bands that I was used to but eventually, I got used to them. Will be buying another set to use with my rig.

I thought this product was a little too stiff to do certain arm workouts but overall it does what it needs to. I’m just used to a different brand which is more elastic than this one. This product was a little stiff and slipped through my hands. I would recommend trying gloves when performing arm works outs.

Product description is poor and doesn't make clear which colour/rating band is being provided. It only mentions it being a black band as (a small) part of the part number, not in the description. Please be careful you are ordering the one you want.

Pour les crossfiteurs, le violet et le vert correspondent aux mêmes bandes de la marque Xen*os.La bande verte est très résistante, attention à l'utilité ! (Très résistante pour faire du sport hein ! Pas pour tracter un 40 tonnes...)

These are gym quality bands at a fraction of the price, the set includes 5 bands to suit all levels. Shipping was also pretty fast during this congested time.
