Hp tried to have you buy on a subscription they freeze up your printer but you’ll find a workaround and this cartridge will tell you it’s low and every time I get another 100 plus pages before it stops

The Mrs. works from home and uses her HP Laser Jet printer regularly. I ordered her a generic printer cartridge last time and she didn't like the results. Print quality wasn't great, and the cartridge didn't last long enough. When I went to reorder this time, she insisted on HP. It will only be HP from now on...

I needed this just to print return labels and print from my laptop to the printer. I did not want a complicated printer. It came yesterday.I my daughter set it up and I printed and was pleased at how easy it was, it is my second day but so far i love it and the size is perfect not too big . would suggest you buy it very simple to use.

I'm not sure how people claim to only get about 100 pages from this toner. Like so many these days, I've been working from home for the past 7 months and was happy to find a small, affordable laser printer. I've gone through about 4 reams of paper and am only on my second cartridge, so this toner definitely lives up to its description. Quality is excellent - crisp, clear black printing with no smudging or blurring. As with every other laser printer I've ever used in the workplace, I've found that when quality begins to suffer (or you get a message saying toner is low), you can typically get scores (sometimes hundreds) more pages by simply removing the toner cartridge and shaking it. I used to think it was silly when our IT pros would ask, "Did you shake it?" But through years of experience, I've learned that shaking the cartridge does indeed enable you to better access the remaining toner in a low cartridge. I suppose it's like anything else of a powdered consistency - it settles over time and occasionally needs to be dislodged in order to flow efficiently again. No complaints at all with this one. It's an amazingly reliable workhorse for such a small piece of equipment.
