Sprouts. Tastier than you remember.
Like, I imagine most people, I bought these for Christmas day.I'd forgotten how much I like sprouts.They really are a tasty vegetable.This 1kg bag is a good amount of sprouts.I've been having them with every Sunday roast since Christmas and I shall be buying some more once they run out.The secret of a good sprout, is not to over cook them. They need a slight crunch left in them to be at their best. Steaming is good, but if you're boiling them, just keep an eye on the time.They are also really tasty raw. Defrost them, dry them off with a paper towel and then have them in a salad. They have a lovely hot, peppery taste.Quality wise, every sprout has been perfect and delicious.I hope you found this review helpful.
