Chili Paste
It’s delicious! The closest thing I can compare it to is Calabrian chili. This is hotter and doesn’t have the almost citrusy notes, but it’s great. This paste is thin, for a paste. It’s not runny, but certainly thinner than tomato paste. I used it with Turkish pepper paste, garlic, caramelized purple onion and olive oil to make a blended, spicy drizzle for kofteh. It gave heat and a noticeable, bright chili flavor to the sauce. I’m looking forward to trying it in other dishes.

Quick and easy substitute for the "real thing"
This pesto is perfect for vegan use. I am not a vegan, but I do not eat cheese and most packaged pesto has cheese in it. I haven't found any in the stores that are dairy-free. I usually make my own, but I don't always have fresh ingredients on hand, so this is a very good substitute. The taste is pretty good. It's not as strong as its fresh counterpart, but it's good. The overall look is not super appealing - it is a pale olive green lumpy paste, but I'm not complaining. I love to add toasted almonds along with this pesto - delicious!

Just what I needed
I could not find sun-dried tomato paste locally, so turned to Amazon. Of course it arrived quickly and I was able to add it to the recipe I was making. It was exactly what I needed and the recipe tasted great.

Nothing else I can say other than I love this stuff. It's thick and not like the liquid kind you get in the grocery store in the refrigerator section or on the dry goods shelf. BUY THIS. You will not be disappointed.

Great product for anyone who likes pesto
Great product, good taste and the remaining pesto does not go bad quickly due to it being in a tube. I especially like the fact that since I cannot have lactose this is a great alternative since I like pesto.
