Assassin's Creed Odyssey: Official Platinum Edition Guide Hardcover – November 2, 2018

This is a very cool collector's item. I payed $50 for this. I don't think it is worth the original asking price of $99 though. The guide is very good, and very thorough. And, having access to the e-guide is awesome too. Even though Prima stopped making game guides, you can still redeem and use your e-guides. I would recommend this set as long as the price is less than the original asking price.

Loved the posters, artwork, and journal. The guide book is completely through and excellent. Nice kit.

Coming from someone who has 2 literal rooms full of gaming paraphernalia that could probably have been better spent sending a couple kids through college, much of which is vastly over-priced for what it actually is, this guide really tries hard to top the list of the worst buys I've made.The Collectors Edition Guide for this is $25. This is at least $75. Three times the price. $50 more. And the only extra things you get are a map (yes, it's large, but it's folded so near-worthless for displaying), a couple postcard-sized 'prints' that are too small to really do anything with, and a blank journal (that is fairly high quality).The additional items over the guide are not only not worth $5, let alone $50. And that is fine, paying way too much for stuff is what us gamers and collectors do. But the real problem is that they're not even neat stuff. The large map is both too big to do anything with and has the deep-creases of folded paper, and the prints are way too small to do anything with. And I'm not even sure what the point of a blank journal is (is anyone really going to 'capture their journey across Greece' in the thing?).

Awesome graphics of the world and characters keeps me busy with main quests and added quests there is a very good story line it’s like reading a book and you are the main character very cool about the history’s authenticity and what buildings and artwork looked liked in Ancient Greece based on archaeology and artifacts

I only bought this edition because I bought the Spartan Edition of the game and felt this would complete my collection. I doubt I'll ever use the physical books, map etc anymore than I'll use the statue, art book and things that came with the game. But, that's what collections are for, right?

Worth every penny. The guide is very well done and beautifully made. I love the alternate hardcover. For 52.00 the entire package is well worth it and very nice.

This is one of the worst guides Prima has put out for assassins creed. I have purchased every collectors edition since Black Flag and this is easily the worst. The main story guide is fine but the organization of the wide content is terrible. The atlas section just lists the locations in each region of the map rather than organizing them by location type( fort, view point, cave etc). It also doesn’t point out the possible side quests in each region. This was done excellently in the AC origins guide. Also the breakdown of the activities and how to complete them is bare as well. For example it doesn’t give you any information of completing tombs, or how to solve the animata puzzles. Again this was done in the origins guide. I think my biggest complaint would be that at one point in the main mission guide section it directed me to complete a side quest that would be important to the third main story arcs. It said to look in the side quest chapter to find details but the guide to that particular side quest was nowhere to be found. Overall it feels that this guide was not complete. It feels as though the guide’s writers did not have enough time or info on this game to meet the release deadline due to how large the world is in odyssey. I wouldn’t recommend this unles you are a huge AC fan and just want it to complete a collection. You’ll find much better information by just searching for walkthroughs online.

Extremely satisfied I bought this and the illustrations are amazing. Theres so much included the map is highly detailed but i love everything about it. Even the casing is pretty kool.

Incrível produto para os fãs conteúdo bem completo cobrindo tudo do jogo o mapa o guia e os outros itens são de excelente qualidade mas o guia tem alguns poucos erros como informações fora de ordem (algo que não faz parte da atual quest e acontece muito depois no jogo está colocado fora de ordem) creio que apenas uma revisão resolva isso. Mas é algo bem mínimo e acontece poucas vezesSuper recomendo.
