Very nice
I was a little concerned about what I would get for the price, squash that idea now. I'm no professional but can definitely follow plans. These are super easy to read and I have high hopes. Just a simple set of plans printed on heavy paper. Probably best to laminate them and put them in a binder but if that's all I can want then I'm happy. Buy with confidence.

Plans are complete
I'm not sure why there are some negative comments. I found the plans to be complete and will build this home in 2 locations in Arizona. No they aren't standard size blueprints that I can submit to the 2 counties I am building them in. I am having an engineer re draw them in a format I can submit for the permit process ( About $600.00). very satisfied with my purchase

As an experienced carpenter....
I've had these plans for a couple of weeks now and I've studied them at length. It was stated in another review that the material lists and blueprints are wrong. I completely disagree! These plans are complete and everything needed to build this structure is included. However, if a buyer of these plans is not an experienced carpenter, there can be some confusion. For example, the lengths of the support posts are not given. But these measurements are unknown because they depend on knowing the topography of the building lot, the frost line and decisions will need to be made as to what type of posts the builder wants to use.Another example is that the lengths of the trusses are not shown. Instead, the main house uses a 6/12 pitch while the sections of the roof over the porches call for a 2/12 pitch. Thus, the carpenter who wants to build his own trusses, will need to build a jig based on the dimensions of the house and the roof pitch. During the building of the jig, the dimensions of the individual truss pieces will become apparent. This is the normal way of doing things but it could make the newbie a little panicky. Not to worry. By the time the project is underway, all will be revealed, Grasshopper.

These are poorly printed on 8.5"x11" printer paper
Can't copy or resize do to copyright...Answered questions on size said " 18x24 "These are just a study set...Don't waste your money on these poorly printed hard to read drawings. No heights on structureNo wall detailsNothing on Plumbing just states sink tub ect...List hot water heater but no where does it show where it go's.I guess in the closet?Totally misleading.Show engineered trusses meaning you would have to get a truss company to build...Most counties require 18x24 printsPlus three sets... not possible with these because copyright...you could call and order more from themI don't think so...If you're building in a place that doesn't require permits these would work otherwise no.No scale/not to scaleKind of a big thing for any drawingsWish these where betterWorth about 20$ material list is all you're really getting.DisappointedI've built many houses hoping that these where better.now I have to get a draftsman to redraw for me. 👎

Good way to guide and start the build.
The plans are good to get you going. But some details are left out. I am in the middle of my build and did start dreaming of my cabin with the help of these plans. But bailed on them and changed it up now. Need a little more detail and instructions to help guide someone for the first time. This is my first big build and ran into a few bumps caused by these plans that I could of avoided if there was a little more guidance. A few of those bumps cost me $$$. But it is what it is, cheap plans.

Thumbs up
I'm happy with the drawings. I haven't found anything wrong with them yet. Anyone with construction experience will be able to follow these easy.
