Heating Pad Hot & Cold Therapy

This works well for my daughter but she cooks it off in the frig instead of the freezer. The freezer made it too cold The weight is not too heavy even when cold

Even though it does not take away the entire headache it sure makes it feel better for 15 minutes. Just taking the time to put it on and sit and relax is almost enjoyable. I put it back in the freezer and wait another hour and it's ready to go again. I don't cover my eyes with it but I would suggest doing tihat if you have a headache behind your eyes.. It has a comfortable fit, depending on the size of your head. I prefer it to have a snug fit but then I always like to put pressure on the trigger spots. If putting this in the freezer makes it too cold just keep it in the fridge.

The cold caps are amazing for migraines. This one is good. However, the picture shows heat and cold, and that is not accurate. The box it comes in says "only cold." I was hoping for one that does both.
