Love these Urolithin A gummies!
My go to longevity supp! Tasty strawberry and not too sweet (has a some stevia Reb m). Not too chewy. Surprisingly good fiber content too. Pricey, but it has the clinical studies and NSF certification so I trust it's safe and efficacious.

Stiff Gummies
The gummies are really stiff - you won't get much chewing out of them like more traditional gummies. But, once you get chewing, you do get a pretty good strawberry flavor with no added sugar. The bag is also pretty pricey.

On the fence
Since I have the Timeline powder, I was curious to try these. Although the powder is fine to mix in a smoothie, I find I don't use it that much. These gummies have a pleasant berry flavor and are super easy to pop in your mouth each morning. To be honest, I'm not sure if they are doing anything. I like the idea of this supplement, and I think it makes me feel better, however, I'm not sure if it might just be the placebo effect. After reading up on Urolithin A, there is definitely some evidence that it's a beneficial ingredient. What I don't appreciate is the price. A lot of these new supplements are riding on the fact that they are "the latest thing" and charging accordingly. Even if, after finishing the full bag, I decide these were helpful, I would probably look for a more competitively priced option.

They're fine hoping to notice changes
I'm really on the fence for these. They taste fine, are easy to add to your diet, have actual studies , and aren't horrible texture-wise. However, they're really expensive for health gummies and it's hard to justify that price point while not being able to really test how effective they are long term. If you took these for a while year it would come out to $672ish and it's hard to really justify that much money a year.

Good taste, but a waxy texture
My wife wanted to try the Timeline Mitopure gummies because she has previously tried the powder (which was ok but had to be mixed with food) and the pills (her preferred method). The gummies are not bad tasting but the texture does initially start out a bit like wax until after a couple of bites and it softens up. She is a texture sensitive person and she can still take these gummies daily without issues, and she like the convenience of the gummi form. She has noticed improvement in her energy levels and her moods are better but the changes are subtle. She has recently been considering intermittent fasting and since these gummies will break her fast, so she has to only use them while she's not fasting.

Curious but cautious — early days with a lot of potential
I’ve been using these gummies for a few weeks now, usually in the morning before a workout or heading into a long, active shift. I picked them up with a bit of curiosity after reading about some of the early research behind Urolithin A and how it might support mitochondrial function and muscle health. So far, I haven’t felt anything dramatic in terms of energy or recovery, but I know these kinds of changes aren’t always immediate. The texture is dense, more like a soft chew than a gummy candy, and the flavor sits in a middle ground. Not sweet, not bitter, just neutral enough to not be a chore. It’s the type of supplement you don’t mind taking, but you’re also not craving it.One thing that stood out right away was the packaging. It feels elevated and clean, almost like something you’d expect to see in a wellness clinic instead of a vitamin aisle. It definitely gives the impression that this is meant to be a serious part of a daily routine.I was already somewhat familiar with some of the studies backing Urolithin A, including the ones showing improvements in cellular energy and muscle performance over several weeks of use. That gave me enough confidence to give it a shot, even if the benefits aren’t obvious yet. So far, I haven’t noticed any drawbacks or side effects. I’ll be sticking with it for a while to see where it leads.
