Best deodorant ever. I was using Secret whole body deodorant spray, but now I prefer not to use aerosolized products. Lume whole body deodorant cream works just as well without having me inhale chemicals and fragrances. A little goes a long, long way. It does not prevent odor for me for 72hrs, but my routine is to shower daily anyway, so it’s not a problem to reapply. I use it on pits and feet and have zero odor for 24 hrs while working a very sweaty, active nursing shift. The smell on application is kind of sour, but it dries to a soft vanilla that doesn’t project at all. Zero skin irritation, and doesn’t stain my clothes.

I had a great experience with the cream and the deodorant spray, so I figured the cream stick would smell the same and unfortunately I was wrong. One observation is that it didn’t smell that way in the beginning. No issues the first few applications! The instructions specifically say to apply on dry skin and I made it a habit to apply right after I took a shower. Maybe the water interacting with the product contributed to the smell? However, the effectiveness remains the same. So I patiently wait for the deodorant to dry and the smell calms down. Scent = soft powder for all three products

I’ve been using Lume for about five years now, specifically the solid stick version. I originally tried it because I struggled with stronger body odor and wanted something that actually worked long term. For me, this has been one of the most effective deodorants I’ve used. It controls odor really well throughout the day, even during busy or active days. I prefer the solid stick over the cream version because the cream felt a little too sticky for my liking. The stick applies more like a traditional deodorant and feels easier to use. It’s not overly perfumed, which I appreciate. I’ve continued repurchasing it for years because it’s been reliable and consistent for me.

I like it, does well under arms but not lower regions as it gives me a rash. Skin very sensitive and allergic to many things.

Great product, it works! Doesn't smell like what you think it should smell like, due to the genius chemistry of how it works. You can use it everywhere but I use it particularly at night, in between my butts, after showers. No odors ever! Thanks Lume, Mrs. Bell
