This wet cat food is exactly what I was looking for because it is high protein and grain free. My cat is eight years old and I don’t think it would be a good idea to give her food not meant for her since I used to feed my pets Fancy Feast. That was fine for them but this is the oldest cat that I ever adopted. I didn’t like the smell of the wet foods and I just cannot deal with something that doesn’t do what it claims to do. Pro Plan is a quality cat food that has a specific purpose to it and it is meant to keep my pet as healthy as she can be and since it’s a good quality food I don’t mind pairing it with her Origen dry food. She has to be on thyroid medication for the rest of her life and I appreciate that this food fits in with my hopes that she functions well and has a good quality to her life. I would not hesitate to recommend this food to anyone who is searching for a quality food for their fur baby. Thank you Purina!

My ultra finicky cat had come to a point where she'd lost interest in the standard supermarket fare, and when I tried your more "top shelf" food available at local vendors, she liked the taste but was never full! So began my search for good-tasting, satisfying cat food that doesn't break the bank. But I wanted do more than fit the bill on those points. I wanted to find a brand that did those things, and was really good for her too - without putting me in the poorhouse. After comparing a lot of different brands, I took a stab at this one, and crossed my fingers. Another thing my girl Lucky had become totally picky about is food texture. She'll only eat a really smooth paté. So I worried about that while waiting for my delivery, because when I first adopted her I used to buy her Fancy Feast paté, and as she became pickier she stopped eating that - because it isn't totally smooth, and since this new stuff is from the same manufacturer... Well, I said a prayer and hoped for the best. I had no reason to be concerned! This stuff is amazing, definitely the best we've gotten in the same price range! It's completely smooth, smells great, and she goes nuts when I open a new can! She hasn't been this excited about eating since I brought her home after a long stint in the street. And I love everything they have to say about it on the package. They address all major concerns. This is the cat food we've been waiting for! She's crazy about it, and I finally feel like I'm really doing right by her, instead of only just meeting a basic need. I highly recommend this brand to other finicky cat parents. Trust me, you can't go wrong here! Next month we're trying the meat flavor variety pack. I can't wait for her to try it! 😺

She’s reaching for a Guinness World Record living cat, and if/when she makes record books & news reports - I will be attributing this cat food very heavily to her extended lifespan. She has never in her life ate wet cat food without throwing up. In 2021 she started eating less & less. Went a couple days without, only the senior bisque, and very little. I searched “senior cat food” and got this (seafood variety) plus IAMS dry senior cat food. She loved/loves both; she started eating this as soon as it arrived. Took hours for her stomach/guy to adjust to having food, but I saw a 180° difference in her health within 24hrs. There’s since been a dozen or so times I tried to feed her any other wet food, and no matter how expensive it is - she will either only nibble on it, or eat it & quickly throw it all up. She very rarely throws up now, and when she does it’s because she’s eating too fast. Best wet cat food for a picky senior. Lyla Cat approved.

While this product is great as I have been getting this for maybe about a year now, it keeps going up in price. Has risen $10 since I've started getting this. Come on.... A bit ridiculous.

My cat become pickier with age, but she absolutely loves the seafood pate flavors in this pack. The grain-free formula is gentle on his stomach, and I've noticed his coat looks shinier and he has more energy since switching. The 3 oz cans are the perfect portion size, and the pate texture is easy for him to eat.

My cats like it, so I like it to! This is a nice add on to kibble for our cats they get what they need and eat less kibble

Our vet recommended Pro Plan as a high quality food for our geriatric cat. While she’s a picky eater and switches favorite flavors with the phase of the moon she loves this seafood assortment. I like that its first few ingredients are meat, so she is getting the nutrients she needs in addition to the flavors she craves. Plus, as these are pates; they are easier than chunky food for her to eat. Definitely two paws up!
