If you want an easy gluten free flour which will NOT disappoint, this is it! Pancakes and waffles are my favorite with this product! We have used it for our friends and they didn’t even realize it was gluten free! It always turns out well and many gluten free products have varying outcomes! Love the taste of the pancakes and waffles. Just follow the directions. One box makes a double batch feeding our large family of four boys!

If you have someone in your family with celiac disease this bisquick gluten free products makes great pancakes, you can even add blueberries fresh or frozen. They taste very good with Vermont maple syrup.

I cannot say enough good things about this mix! It is so hard to find delicious gluten free bakery products and I love how versatile and easy and GOOD this mix is. Simple ingredient list, simple recipes, so easy my kid makes breakfast for us with it regularly! We got it for the waffles, which always come out crispy and light, but tried the pancakes today and WOW! So light and fluffy with crisp edges…I’m ruined for any other pancake! And they are legitimately so good that all the other gluten eating members of my family don’t even care they are gluten free. Highly recommend. Only wish they came in bigger packaging!

Since I tried this gf biquick a few years ago I've not been disappointed. It's very versatile and makes me feel like I'm getting a treat. My allergy list is long in the food department, but this allows me to have pancakes (however I omit the oil in the recipe and use rice milk. If batter too thick I add tiny bit more rice milk--works great!). I also use this as coating for chicken and fried zucchini. I pour what I need in bowl add seasonings cover chicken and bake. About half way done I shake a little more mix on chicken and spray with oil. This gives a little more coating and extra flavor. Be careful, the rice flour does burn or toast up quicker so I usually cover with foil towards the end. Here's a bonus to the chicken. I take the extra bisquick with seasoning after coating (If there's enough) add 1 egg and rice milk (any milk you use) and make a batter slightly thicker than pancakes. Fry like a pancake and it makes like a savory cake to go with my meal. A treat since I don't get bread or rolls, etc. My absolute favorite with this mix though is the shortcake. Even tho recipe says it makes 6 cakes they are huge! So I usually make 9 or 10 smaller shortcake. You'll never know they're gluten free! ....my only reserve with this mix is the price. Please stop punishing people with food allergies and lower the price. It rarely goes on sale and for someone like me on limited income and with so many food restrictions, it really would make my shopping a little easier. Thank you for a quality product, it really helps me not feel left out of so many meals!
