I have been a Nutricook costumers for several years. I purchased several items from this brand and I have always been very satisfied. Few months ago, I purchased this Nutricook Smart Pot and it was defected from the beginning. It wouldn't pressurize and was giving error codes. I contacted the costumer service and the product was fixed, but came back with the same problems. I send the product back to the costumer service and asked to have the product exchange with a new working item or at least to receive some information about the issue of my current product. The communication is very poor with the costumer service and no real support is given.I also had the old version of this Nutricook Smart pot, which was much sturdier and came with several accessories, including the replace silicon sealing ring and also the potholders. The new Smartpot comes with no accessories. While I was the biggest fan of this product before, now I will not recommend this brand.
