Quality tent and easy to put together!!!
Waited until we were able to put up this tent before reviewing this product. We put up and used the tent last weekend and I can honestly say we love it! It was pretty easy to install and we just had one minor issue which their customer service rep Hailey helped us out with! We pu uo the tent thenight before our parry and realized when it was half way up the screws were not in the box. We called customer service and to our surprise someone answered (it was Friday night around 8pm!!). The person on the other end couldn't answer our question but they had someone email us a little later thst night. We went to the local home depot and found screws that we could use in the meantime and then Hailey was nice enough to offer to pay for the screws we had to purchase. We took down the tent in Sunday and it was a breeze to take down. The 2 bags they provided was a very nice feature!

This tent was a joy to erect.
Awsome tent, set up by myself but I am a big guy And would have used help if it was available Took me about 8 hours but it was a leisurely pace Love the construction of the poles and attachment points were actually welded. This tent is quality and was worth every penny. We do this every year for Thanksgiving dinner and i through away the 100 $ tent every year and thought that was wasteful This one is nice because you can store it in bags that come with it. Oh and thoughs lesser tents needed reinforcement just to stay up.

Quictent 20x32 Event Tent
Overall, the tent worked perfectly for our evening party, providing shelter and a good focal point. Pros: *The tent is attractive. *The tent was well designed and was reasonably easy to put up. *The instructions were not awesome, but they were entirely adequate to enable us to assemble the tent, and all the parts were clearly marked with the respective part number. *A couple of parts were damaged, but customer service was helpful and responsive and sent replacement parts out quickly. Cons: *You will need to be aware of the wind forecast for the day of your event if you live in an area where brisk winds are common. We erected it on the down-wind side of our barn on a day when winds peaked around 20mph. We anchored the corners and sides with T-posts and ratchet straps to keep the wind from lifting it. It survived it well enough, but I don't think it would have made it through nearly as well without the shelter of the barn and the extra anchoring. To be fair, though, I'm not sure whether or not a rented tent would have done much better under those conditions. *The shipping boxes were fortified with thin sheets of plywood at the ends to help protect the metal poles, but we still had some minor damage in shipping, and the boxes were not really in very good shape to store the tent afterwards. General comments: *Our total cost to buy the tent was just a little bit more than it would have cost to rent one, although the rental cost would have included putting up and taking down the tent -- something to consider if you don't have time or several people to help put it up. I'd say 4 people is a good sized crew, at least for raising the roof structure off of the ground. 2-3 people are adequate to assemble the roof structure on the ground. *For reference, we had eight 60" diameter round tables under the 10x32 foot tent, with 8 chairs around each table and had room to walk between them. You might be able to squeeze in another table or two, but it would start to get crowded, especially if you use all the side and end walls. *It would be really helpful to have storage bags or crates available to put it in after use. We will probably make something, as right now I have all the tubular parts in small bundles of 6-8 tubes secured with ball bungees. This works pretty well, but we will have to be careful handling them to avoid damaging the ends of the tubes. *Don't wait until the last minute (like I did) to unpack the parts and examine them for damage. The end of one of our vertical legs was significantly squashed due to handling during shipment and we had to straighten and reshape it to get it to fit in its mating socket. Even though customer service was very responsive, it still took a few days to get replacements. If I had examined it sooner, I probably could have avoided the "blacksmithing" I had to do to straighten the parts. *A rubber mallet is handy for assembly and disassembly. Mine was black rubber and left "skid marks" on the white paint that I had to rub off. A white or non-marking mallet would be better. *For what it's worth, the description says 20x32 tent. The box says 20x33 feet. It appears that it is actually 6x10 meters which is pretty close to 33 feet.

Amazing Customer Service!!
I purchased the 20x32 tent and after three uses I unfortunately needed some replacement poles. Betty at customer service had those parts delivered to me faster than I could have ever imagined. In addition, they were completely covered by the warranty no questions asked. Great tent and unbelievable service! Thank You again!

No match for heavy rain
I purchased this tent in 2020 thinking it would last . After the first three parties I started to notice oxidation on the pipes and the storage bags began to deteriorate. The tarps are strong and held up well until a recent rain storm rolled through overnight. I’m uncertain I’ll order this brand next time.
