First, I do like this table lamp which has a nice quirky edge to it and really adds to the atmosphere of the room where I have positioned it, the only reason I did remove two stars was the assembling of the actual trio of lamps. The first crisis I had was the actual placing of the bulbs as they are small LED bulbs with two tiny spokes to place in the bulb holder, this then progresses by threading the bulb and fitting of the actual light through a small hole in the base of each of the holders. This part of the assembly line was fine but the actual positioning of the washers and tightening of the same washers was a total nightmare! First, the spanner was really no use as there was not enough room for me to first see what I was doing then progressing to the tightening was nearly impossible and I have to say I would happily throw all away only I hate wastage. My fingers were simply too big for the small area which is there for the actual fitting of the bulbs etc.It took me quite a while to get everything working and I am very happy to say I eventually got everything fitted correctly.The second problem I had was the actual button or switch for controlling the light is quite heavy and I had to be careful when placing the actual switch as if I left it hanging next to the light, the weight of the switch pulls at the lights and it is very easy for everything to fall off and easily break. I progressed by placing a small bit of sticky holding product to the base of the switch which prevents it moving and placed the switch behind the main light. The light is controlled by a simple round switch which you twist either left/right to brighten or dim the lights which I have to say does look lovely when switched on as they twinkle because of the separate holder plus the different textures adds to the beauty not only of the holders but the light and sparkle which is clearly evident is very nice. With the lights being placed in these beautiful holders the sparkly finish adds to the ambiance of the light and room and I have to say this is a really an attractive solution to adding extra light to a room.This is a beautiful light and one I would happily recommend, but my review does come with a flashing warning is the actual setting up of the actual lights etc as it really is a very annoying and at times totally frustrating task, but I must say I am very pleased with the results.Setting up of the light I would award 2.5 stars, look and feel of the lights which the trio does provide is a 5-star rating.Happy to recommend the Illuminate Bally Cluster Table lamp with cascade.

I think mine may have been a returned item because the box was sellotaped up and one of the bulbs was not in its protective foam. No matter, it all works - EVENTUALLY!The problem is it arrives needing to be assembled. The spanner provided is completely useless and I had to do it with my fingers which was extremely fiddly and might be impossible for many with bigger hands or less patience than me. Even worse than getting the nuts back on the bolt inside the cups was trying to put the bulb in the near invisible pin prick sized holes in the black plastic holder inside the cups (even with a bright torch). It took me about an hour to get this all set up, although it felt longer. Once or twice I thought I’d probably just return it but then I managed to carry on.Now it’s done, I like it. It’s very pretty and looks like candlelight if you keep it on a low setting. I like the fact that it’s mains powered and has a dimmer switch so you can alter the brightness. You can see how this varies from dim to ultra bright in my photos.I don’t like the bulky and very ugly switch which you’ll have to find a way to hide.I’ve placed it on a heatproof mat because there is a warning that it gets very hot and I don’t want to damage my sideboard.

This does not come well packaged or, overall, give the impression of a quality product - the finish is quite poor, the switch doesn't really match it aesthetically, and also it's hard to assemble. The finished item looks ok in the dark but the overall effect isn't that great and I was a little disappointed by it in all honesty. It's alright but not a great item, even for the price.

These are lovely. The only thing tricky about them is getting the bulbs in. In the end I put some thin vinyl gloves on and managed to get the bulbs in. Once in all was well.

Pretty tea light lamp only spoilt by the need for a wire to plug it in, would have preferred a battery powered option but then I suspect it would not be so bright. Have found a good spot for them where the wire is out of sight and friends have commented on how pretty they are.

The light cluster was pretty self- explanatory to put together,and only took a few minutes. Was pleased to find that the light bulbs had been sufficiently packed and had no damage (always a worry when buying fragile items online).They are beautiful and I love that it has a dimmer switch on it, so leaves a great ambiance in any room. My only negative is that it could have a little tidier wiring and has a fairly bulky switch, so you do need to tuck those wires out of sight to keep the delicate look.
