Wicked tasty-full of good stuff too - only 20 carbs for 28 oz- This drink is a.m.a.z.i.n.g. -- So happy I discovered this! Love the low sugar content-has vegetable juice in it-big bottle size too-I am able to get my hydration in a wonderfully delicious way : ) Just one tiny thing-- it is the tiniest bit thicker than water or any other drink consistency (splg ?). Not a problem but I am super fussy and I like all my liquid hydration drinks to be 'thin'. When I mention this, it's just something I notice. I will not stop buying tho. I drank the first one without any ice , just room temp. So the 2nd one I had it with ice-cubes and was better. IMHO things are better cold anyways. I only mention to let others know of my experience with it. I cannot wait to try all the other flavours. I bought Body Armour LYTE. So, so happy to have found a substitution to my selzer (which I am so sick of :> ) Enjoy 🥤

Good drinks and they were a good price and the bottle is 20oz. They are a lil sweet tho. I like that it is a lyte version. Fewer calories and no sugar. I need them to make this lyte version In orange mango 🤞🤞

I run everyday so I go through lots of sports drinks daily. I got kinda bored of the other drinks I was having and wanted to find another more affordable drink so I decided to try Bodyarmor Lyte. I choose the "Dragonfruit Berry" flavor and I'm pretty happy with what I got. Pros: - Tastes great! Doesn't have that chemical aftertaste you usually get with sugar free drinks. - Low Calorie! Uses stevia so no sugar is added leaving it at only 20 calories. - No Dyes! This one is a big one for me, it has none of the bs dyes they use in other sports drinks like Gatorade like red 40 - Vitamins and Minerals! Contains lots of super important vitamins like b6 and b12 which are super important for our bodies. Good list of minerals too with calcium, iron, potassium, zinc and magnesium, all at good amounts. - Good Bottle! The packaging this comes in is pretty basic but the bottle itself is really good with thick plastic and a good wide cap. Cons: - The coconut water used in this product is a concentrate which is not as good as just regular coconut water but honestly I would not have known if I did not check the label. - Some of the vitamins and minerals are not in the best form they could be. The Magnesium in the drink is magnesium oxide which is not very bioavailable for our bodies compared to something like magnesium citrate or glycinate. Conclusion: For the price I think that this drink is definitely worth it. There are some areas the drink could be improved but overall it is a great tasting affordable healthy drink. This is a great product for when you are breast feeding. I always lose electrolytes when feeding and love to have this around to boost my supply. Gives me something to drink that keeps me away from pop, and some flavor when I don't want water.

great tasting. Good to drink for fast Hydration. Smells great, low calories. Even tasty when not cold. gret for health. I like Peach Mango best, but they are all good.
