I really don't know what makes candy kosher. If reading the ingredient label doesn't answer your question and the package itself doesn't say kosher, it would be left to your discretion as to order or not.

Just look at the nutritional info. label and do the math. 2.5 lbs in the bag, 42 g per 10 gumdrops. 1 lb = 453.592g, so, 2.5 lb = 1134g. 1134/42 = 27, so, barring irregularities, there should be 270 gumdrops in a 2.5lb bag.

According to the allergen warning on my pack, yes.

Q: Do these gum drops have a black color in the mix?

There is NOT a black gumdrop, the Black-licorice flavor you’re looking for is replaced by the purple drops ANISE flavor. These are TOTALLY Gourmet Old Fashioned gumdrops, if that’s what you’re looking for...I was and it took me back to my childhood since I’ve never tasted one since then, these are it for me!!!
