Substantial SINGLE PIECE closet rod
I bought another "heavy duty" rod that arrived and was two flimsy pieces. I sent it back and ordered this as a replacement. It is exactly what I hoped for. A single piece of heavy duty closet rod. It came a bit long for my closet but it was relatively painless to trim it down to size with a hacksaw. The roughcut end will be concealed by the rodholders and it looks great.
