Very nice and arrived in god shape

Amazing! Arrived in wonderful condition and even had a card stating a portion of the money goes to local animal shelters. How wonderful! The plants came in a sturdy box with good secure holders. Each had a stake in the 1" plant pot to help hold them up. I took 1 out of the pot to check roots and they seemed pretty good. I haven't done to any of the others since I felt they all probably had went through a lot of drama with what I assumed was recent transfer to their new pots and transport. I will update later with their continued health over the week but they LOOK healthy and strong.

I am an AVID gardener. More like a farmer honestly. So when I ordered a 48 pack of plants for the price I wasn’t expecting much! I also placed an order for an additional 12 plants from another company that day. When they arrived I was elated! WOW! GORGEOUS! PERFECT PLANTS! Every single plant was gorgeous! Not only that they were big! Yes they were in teeny tiny pots, but the plants were impressive to say the least. No bugs, no disease, packed beautifully so not to get damaged, and they almost all lived. It was one variety that didn’t. So I think the cold got them honestly. Shipping houseplants in January comes with challenges im sure. When I informed them about the dead plants I was met with an immediate response and action. They shipped me replacement plants! They were just as big and impressive as the first bunch. I will absolutely order again and refer anyone I can. Now remember I ordered from another company that day too! This company shipped me plants that are small, like little seedlings at best, and had disease, bugs and most died. When I contacted them they did nothing but ignore me. I will always use Plants for pets! They are my new number one supplier for my new plant business! Thank you for putting out such an amazing product at an affordable rate. This is how business should be done. Y’all are the best!

This is now my second order with Plants for pets and all I can say is I’m so in love with them! If you want gorgeous house plants along with the best and super fast customer service I 1000% recommend them and will recommend them forever. I was skittish to get live houseplants off of Amazon but I’m glad I made the choice to go through this vendor. Not only do they support local shelters with purpose they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I purchased the first bundle of 6 and (I am fully aware that it’s by random selection) but had received two English Ivys, unfortunately I’m super allergic to them and gave them to my daughter however they all came and looked so beautiful. So much that I had purchased I believe the set of 36? 34? Idk the bigger bundle. Afterwords I had messaged the customer service email and explained that I was allergic and was wondering if I could receive my package WITHOUT the English ivy within minutes I got a response email stating that unfortunately they couldn’t do that but if I let her know how many came she would send out replacements. A couple days later I got my package and had received three more and took a picture and sent it to her and within the week I had beautiful plants THAT I WASNT ALLERGIC TO! At my door! Mind you I was fully aware that it is RANDOM SELECTION but they went way above and beyond to make sure I loved everything I got plus more and didn’t even have to send a replacement but I absolutely cherished it and loved how they took care of me although they definitely did not have to do that. Once these little guys get bigger I’ll be back for more!!!
