A quality product for reasonable price with focused customer oriented.

Model: Jasper 4 burner auto ignition. The stove is good. Flame is good with the tornado burner. Nice blue flame, and seems to be more efficient than the previous stove (Glen). The flame temperature is definitely higher. Cooking is faster. Burner size; one large, two medium and one small is good. Installation was done personally without any service personnel's help. It was easy. The under body metal frame is fairly thin and it was bent in two places. Had to be straightened before attaching the legs. Automatic ignition works fairly well. It is not satisfactory for one burner. Requires two or three attempts to light. The gap between the spark gap seems to be more than the other burners. But no provision to adjust it. The pan supports are painted with black paint, which melts in the flame. After one day use, the support was stuck to the drip tray because of the melted paint and had to be removed with tools. Can't understand the logic of putting paint on a part exposed to direct flame. On the whole, the stove is a good product. and is worth the price, especially after the discount. Hopefully it will last for a few years.

First of all received defective burner and never got it corrected by the company later on repeated efforts a service personal visited to swap the problem with another burner that's it barely one year passed I am already planning to go for a new stove by getting irritated of facing problem with burners

It is a good product. I am used to cooking on 4 burner stove since past 15 plus years, and the one I had was a nonstick Nirlep stove. As I wanted to upgrade my stove, I opted for this product. I have been using this for only 3 days, but I am happy with the working. Pros: 1. Easy to install, I installed it myself. 2. Different sizes of burners for different sizes of vessels. 3. It has tornado burners which give off hot green fire. 4. Cooking speed is good. 5. There is a lot of space between two burners, so you can place large vessels for cooking at the same time if you're cooking for more for parties/guests etc. 6. Looks stylish and beautiful. Cons: 1. I have never used a glass top stove so I'm a bit skeptical regarding it's longevity. 2. The size of the cooktop is huge so make sure that your kitchen counter is wide enough. Overall there are more pros than cons. I will add an edit for this review when I have used it for more than 3 months.
