December 2018Placed the order on 17th expecting the delivery in Jan some time but it arrived before Christmas on 22nd, brilliant top marks for delivery.Exactly as described.Solid, cushioned cover with a handy loop attached. The bat is fabulous looking, well finished and feels right in the hand. A bit on the heavier side but I knew that and suits me fine. It cost me around €28 Inc delivery, what a value for money! No surprises indeed.I grew a strong feel to the way the ball bounces off the bat at my opponents' expense :)We play every Thu, 2.5 - 3hrs each session. The rubber is still as responsive as new, no signs of peeling no signs of wear where the thumb is in constant contact with it.Great quality, fantastic value, highly recommend it

I have been playing table tennis for around 6 months and decided to purchase my own bat. Having viewed several different ones from sports stores (Decathalon, Sports Direct) and not being satisfied with them, I decided to have a shop on Amazon. The bats that I used whilst learning how to play table tennis were also Sportout, so I decided to stick to the same brand. I can genuinely say that this feels like a very high quality bat. It’s very slightly heavier that the bats I have used in the past, but it feels extremely solid. The rubber surface provides excellent spin (better than the previous bats I have used) whilst the 2mm sponge ensures that the bat is not too fast and is excellent for ball control. It comes in a very neat and durable case that is internally slightly padded to protect the bat. Overall, I would highly recommend this bat mainly due to the quality of build and materials used.

Nice ping pong paddle, the control is decent and the games improves visibly, the only downside is that the racket is a bit heavy compared to the premium ones.

Only just coming back to table tennis after a lifetime away, but so far I'm very pleased with this bat. I'd only describe myself as an amateur/beginner, but so far this seems perfect for me, I'm able to impart significant spin on the ball and I'm sure with practice it will get even better. Very impressed so far

Was slightly skeptical if this bat would make any difference to how I play. But for a small price, this is a BIG step up from the bat I used before. I feels so much more solid and the surfaces are improving my playing, and my spins SO much! It seems to be great quality, and built really nicely - time will tell. And it even comes in a funky case.Arrived promptly, and Ive already suggest my brother gets one to use too!

This bat is as you would expect for £20.It looks good and beats a cheap novelty bat you would buy as a set - it is however heavy and the rubbers a poor quality. It’s difficult to generate spin and the control is subpar.For a beginner I would personally advise paying a little more, say £40-60, for something you could make the most of. It’d save you buying another bat a couple months later (as I just did).

Bought for my mum who enjoys a weekly game with the U3A. Liked that it came with a carrier. She loves it. Great buy.
