WOW. For years I have looked for smoke flavoring that did not taste fake or ashy. This is it! I have even put this on popcorn (extra butter flavor, microwave) give the bag a couple of good shakes and you get a smokey, buttery, crunchy.... I am going to go make some now. :) But be warned, a little goes a long way... start small..

Great lasting, lingering flavor

I haven’t used it yet but it does smell amazing. I am hoping a couple drops will make my steaks taste closer to the way they do off the grill. Yes I know it won’t be the same, nothing compares to a real grill but just hoping for a little extra.

Flavor is excellent. No colorant, natural smoke, a few drops are enough to get the flavor. However, shelf life (BB Date) is may 2026, for a product delivered a few days ago. This is probably due to the fact that the seller could not the manufacturer directly. All said, I do recommend this product.

I love the smoky flavor that just a few drops of this product add to a dish. I add it to beans and rice, to grits, soups, and to any other dish that needs a little more 'personality'. It is also good paired with Chipotle powder if you want to spice it up.

Only 2 ingredients---hickory smoke and water. No added colors, brown sugar or other flavors. The bottle (which came covered in a double layer of bubble wrap) has a shaker top for convenient application.

I was skeptical but this is great stuff! Used on a 18lb brisket cooked in the oven and was just as good as the smoker. Also used in jerky, definitely ordering more.
