No other blind like this!
This is such a cool blind for hunting. You can literally set up anywhere. I had the small version of this blind and decided to bump up to the big model. No regrets!

Awesome!
I knew I wanted this after using my buddy's Ghost Blind last year. It's super simple to setup in minimal time, lightweight, easy to carry, & just flat out works!

But if you are like me, it's not about the kill but about ...
So, I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about this blind. Where I am located, I do a lot of hunting from the ground. I bought this for deer hunting and have been nothing but impressed over 2 seasons now. I have had deer get as close as 2 yards and never get spooked. They realize something is different, but don't spook. To be honest, I think they see their forelegs reflected that close and it throws them for a loop. The only issue is the closeness of the deer during archery season. I solely archery hunt from this, so if one is walking straight to me I am often stuck sitting still. But if you are like me, it's not about the kill but about the hunt and this definitely adds a new level of excitement. This year I had a 10 pointer at 2 yards, absolutely crazy.I did invest in an "elaborate" head cover, plenty of breakup and leafy looking since that is really the only thing they see unless approaching from behind me.If they approach from behind, then you are kind of out of luck. Not a lot of help there. But with careful site selection, you will definitely feel like this is worth it.Through 2 season, it has been durable and have had no problems with it. When it does come time for a new ground blind, I will be buying another one of these! The only real detractor is the weight. I highly recommend the purchase of the pack for this blind. Good Luck!

Total Concealment for ground blind hunting
My wife doesn't care for hunting from an elevated ladder or will NOT hunt from a climber and thus I needed to put her in a ground blind. I have put her in a couple of "tent" pop up style ground blinds and not much success. I have decided to try the Ghost blind for her to hunt from. Our first weekend will be this weekend for Ohio Archery Deer. I have used a lot of ground blinds. Problem with the ground blinds are I'm not able to setup or move around quickly and without alot of movement if I wanted to hunt a different spot day of the hunt. With the ghostblind I'm able to setup the blind very quickly and if I need to move I can do so very quickly, quietly and effeciently. I hope (my wife and our friends' 14 year old) to harvest turkey and deer with the ghostblind. Ghostblind seems like a fantastic idea. Price could use a little tweaking to make better value and packaged with the carry bag $300 (shipping not included)for predator and carry bag seems excessive in cost but the idea is incredible.

Haven't made up our minds yet
We used this last year for ground hunting. There are pluses and minuses. It definitely camouflage you BUT if there is sun shining at it then IMO its worthless as the sun bounces off it and about blinds you or rather the person or deer looking at it.. and i was exposed from the side.. Needless to say we didn't see any deer this past fall..but I'm not sure all of it was due to this. We'd found out some people had been hunting on our land without permission and we sort of think out of season ....anyway you can see from the pictures that it definitely camouflage you but it was kind of a pain to set up where we out it and tried to use branches etc to help hold it in place as we felt like it would tip over easily. I made a carry bag out of a duvet I found at a 2nd had store ..for this price they should include the carrying bag! We'll try it again this fall. Fingers crossed

Awkward carry
I’ll give 5/5 for this as far as it’s functionality, it does exactly what it is advertised to do.This is where the good stuff ends and the issues start to arise. Carrying this this is super awkward if you are carrying anything else with it like say a weapon or chair. For a blind that comes in at over $200 it leaves you wanting more in the package.First, the required stakes and tie downs do not have any sort of pouch.Second, there is not an included carry bag for the blind it’s an optional accessory. With this steep price tag, these two items SHOULD BE INCLUDED! After all, I can go get a pop up doghouse and get a carry bag AND a small bag for the stakes for less than $70. You can purchase the backpack style carry bag for about $100. Sure, it looks pretty nice, but after spending over $200 already another $100 on a carry solution is just too expensive. Finally, if you watch the manufacturer videos they suggest only storing it lying flat and not to transport in a vehicle without putting on some 3m sticky bumpers. This is HUGE when you think about storing it flat, not sitting on edge. The bumpers are just another piece like the carry bag and tie down/stake bag that there is no reason to not include when you are at this price point.DeploymentIt really is easy to set up, and when done properly you are very well hidden. Find the right spot is crucial. The most difficult part about deployment is you need to choose a shooting lane before setting up. The height of the panels does provide a decent amount of coverage, but also limits where you can effectively shoot. This may be be as critical with a gun than it is with a bow.Overall, I like it a lot. With a few small changes, I would really love it.
