Cheap metal, blackens in a short period of time.
The chain itself is very pretty with faux diamonds on one side. It is a good length and very comfortable. However, once shiny and sparkly, has now turned dull and blackened around the neck edge. If it were a better quality metal, like sterling silver or stainless steel, I would purchase it again.
