wow. i had no idea i truly needed this kind of massage, after my first time, my feet have relaxed in a way unknown ever before. They have been all tight and scrunched up. while the little spikes kind of hurt, they give the massage never ever known to my feet before, and hopefully will help my foot problem. 5 stars ansolutely, i am stunned.
