I ordered small and it fits perfectly (I'm 5'9, 125lbs, waist 26", hips 35"). It is not a subtle look at all on my body which is what I wanted since I'm using this for a character cosplay. The butt part of the garment does rip easily because the fabric stretches more than the seams, so be very careful when taking it on and off and be ready to add some repair stitches long term. I'd recommend putting a zigzag or stretch stich over the butt seam if possible to help it hold up. This only ads volume to the sides, not the butt so do bear that in mind but if you don't have a pancake it'll look fine. I'd also recommend wearing the garment a little lower so the padding starts around bottom of the hip bone, looks more realistic like you grew some mighty thighs at the gym

Im so glad I bought these so I can FINALLY say goodbye and adios to my lousy hip dips im overly self conscious about. Smh. *sad face* Im 5'7 188lbs long legs 38DD and have a firm but round stomach. Was going to get a XL but decided to get the Large. It fits well but there's not much if any stomach control. Because of this i wish I would have gotten a medium to actually suck my stomach in (even when I try to suck my stomach in it doesn't do anything lol smh) It looks good and natural. My upper body is so much bigger than my lower body which im sure some of you loathe over just like me which is why you bought these hip enhancers or even thinking about getting them. Also, because of this upper and lower half incredible difference i wish the product was padded more so it could balance my body out more. However I'll take all the hip enhancing I can get just without surgery lol Im against most fake products like those lamby looking eyelashes (lol) but these hip enhancers enhance what you don't have and cant grow naturally because genetics so go ahead and make this purchase and make it a priority and watch the reactions you get from people will be like day and night. Nice product. I bought it for a costume and I went from straight, guy hips, to unmistakably feminine curves. Awesome under a pair of stretch-jeans. Well constructed, seems are solid. I have a little, natural curve to my butt, for a guy. Unfortunately, the addition of hips made my butt look a « little » flat. Not gross/flat, but flatter, for sure. I wear 32-inch jeans (8–10 women’s?) 5-foot 9, and weight about 175. Size Large is good.

I order a large. I find it a little big a medium would work fine am 150lb so the tummy tuck wasn't really tucking but the hips and length were in tact
