This bike was a breeze to put together, however, unwrapping it took longer than the actual assembly did. So much tape and plastic wrap. The build quality is great, this bike looks like twice it's actual price. The green color shown in the photo on the amazon listing is actually a bit brighter than the one I got. Not really a problem. It came with everything shown and everything is working as intended. EXCEPT FOR... The smartravel app that they advertise with this bike. The app is a royal pain to use. You have to re-pair your bike to your phone bluetooth every single time the bike is turned off. Also, for some reason, it wants me to input a "GPS number" which I do not have. On top of that. The app only connects to the bike when the bike is actually powered on. This cannot be used to track your bike if it gets stolen, you must be within bluetooth range for it to connect to the bike. If the bike is off, you can't connect. The app is more of.. a ride companion I guess? But other apps do the GPS job way better. The app isn't worth installing or messing with. (I recommend just buying a GPS unit and hooking it up to the bike, it's what I did, got to protect a nearly 2000 dollar investment, ya know?) I didn't think the app being garbage was enough to knock a point off. The bike however, is worth the money.

The design of this bike is the best I’ve seen. Catches so many eyes, everyone asks me which model it is and are surprised at the price, they think it costs at least 3k. It was easy to assemble, took about two hours cause I wanted to do it slowly and making sure everything was right. The manual wasn’t the best: images are small and some steps are missing so you kinda have to wing it. It goes very fast. I’m 5’11 150lbs and I my top speed was 35mph, with constant 30mph no issues. Customer service is great, they’ve helped me with some issues I had with the purchase and now they’re trying to help me with the Bluetooth issue. Will update this review when that issue is resolved. Range seems to be around 30miles per charge using it with throttle only. I think the “35-80 miles” in the ad is achievable maybe with the lowest assistance level. The storage bag is way too small (it could be a bit bigger and use more of the free space around it) and it has a very weird opening so you can’t even fit a U-lock inside of it. None of the smart features of the bike work in an efficient way. For example, after you connect it to the bluetooth you can track it’s location, see your speed, mileage, battery level, etc. but only when the bike is on. Pretty useless since you can already check that straight from the bike. Other feature I was very interested in is the Tow-away alarm / Vibration Alarm. But after 2 months I’ve gave up trying to set it up. Customer service told me to wait for an app update but nothing has changed and I can’t really set it up. Ended up buying a separate bike alarm with a remote controller.

I like this ebike a lot :) 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars ! Great after-sales customer service department as well. This beautiful ebike can climb steep hills and travels a solid 30mph on a flat surface in 5th gear❕ Also has great hydraulic disk brakes, thumb operated turn signals in front & back, plus a little storage compartment. Battery is located inside the ebike frame. I had one or two small issues and their customer service team followed through. They also backed their product up, which was very nice, even after months of riding. It’s now a lot dirtier than those original pics. Over 18 months later I’ve reached 2,000 thousand miles on mostly paved-or gravel roads . It does require a little more maintenance than a regular bike and is heavier too. Someone petite would probably find the seat too tall & a little on the heavy side. It handles great however ! Smartravel built this very well & it’s also pretty straightforward to assemble.

At a little over I year I can leave an honest review. Looks great, rides rough and have had some issues. Technical support not great. I changed rear shocks to half the spring rate, so thankful I did. Had to replace derailer, one tire, replaced both with heavier option, no flats since. The charging system has failed 3 times because of loose wire, poor terminal connection on bike with battery. Not sure what is wrong this time, battery wont charge on its own. Decided to give review. I use almost daily and rely on it for simple tasks and exercise rides.

I purchased this about a year ago, and I figured I could write a review after using the product for a year! The sea bike is exceptionally well built! All of the electrical connections all properly wired, and connected! When it arrives at the house in the box, it is super easy to assemble and super easy to quality control check thereafter for each ride! I just love this E bike, one of my best purchases this year!

This is a solid bike and it's very well built. I have been riding it now for sometime and the only complaint I have is the battery doesn't last very long on full power. With the technology that's available the battery life could have been trippled too go 150 miles or more. I would highly recommend this bike to anyone who wants a solid well built ride.

This bike is very cool. Easy to put together. Heavy but nice to ride and well made. I can’t wait to take it off road. Works great on the street and grass areas so far I am having trouble with the battery charging. I have contacted the manufacturer and waiting for a solution. I will ad to this review when the issue is fixed. The bike it is great

This bike was not supposed to arrive until after Christmas. The company actually got it here 4 days earlier than expected. I highly recommend this bike and this company. They went Above and Beyond at every corner. After unpacking the bike and putting it together, I thought I was one part short so I called customer service to report the issue. They were very professional and told me exactly what I needed to do. However, it was discovered that my grandchild had taken the piece into the kitchen. Oops.
