Impressive and effective!! Works superbly!
Deserves 10 stars! Very effective way to get rid of pee spraying stray cats!! I purchased one, and it worked so well that I have since purchased 3 more! Stray cats were spraying everything and the smell is horrible! Put these up and problem solved! Doesn’t hurt the cats, but now they literally leave our home alone! Super easy to assemble. Does require 4 AA batteries-but well worth it! Hook up to any garden hose and it’s ready to go. Direction of spray can be controlled and the forceful blast of water spray is fantastic! Delivery was fast! Highly recommend this item! My flowers, bushes, trees, patio and everything are now protected! Thank you, thank you!!!

Worked good, for 2 days.
worked great......for 2 days. On day three I went to check on my plants. (The ones I purchased this sprinkler to protect.) The sprinkler didn't activate at all. Checked the water, it was on. Waved my hand in front of the sensor, nothing. I swapped out the batteries with a fresh set and it started working again, but the sensitivity was way off. Had to get withing 10 feet of the sprinkler where it was activating from 40 feet prior. The rechargeable batteries are no good? The new batteries are weak? who knows? Going to try another set of batteries, if that doesn't work, it's getting returned.

Works great
Well worth it. Got this to keep animals from digging and pooping in my garlic bed. The first night after installing, I could hear it (not very loud) going off several times and next day, no trace of animal damage and none since. Works well, easily adjustable, doesn't hurt animals but sends a message, just don't forget to turn it off before cutting the grass

Works pretty well to scare away neighbors outdoor cat, squirrels and raccoons, as good as Scarecrow.
The media could not be loaded. I have two sweet calm and quiet indoor cats with an attached outdoor catio. Recently some outdoor cat moved into the neighborhood and has decide our yard is the intersection to the rest of the area. Usually my cats don't care, but this cat approached the catio and put my cats into a stand off of yowling and hissing. One of my more skittish cats flipped out and the interactions causes her to lash out and be mean to my other cat, which they are usually best of sister friends, quiet, playful and peaceful. This causes my other cat to be on the defensive and it's a big fighting noisy mess until I separate them for a few hours, then it's like nothing ever happened. But now every time my skittish cat sees that cat in the yard, she flips out and gets aggressive all over again. I can't monitor them and break them up all the time.WELCOME the motion SPRINKLER – I had an old scarecrow motion sprinkler many years ago, worked well, don't have it anymore. So I thought I'd try this Hoont out as it had the better reviews compared to other and there really isn't that much selection on Amazon. I will say it does work pretty well. I had to use a wrench to tighten the plastic attachment to where the hose goes to prevent leaking, once tight it stopped leaking, I also used pipe thread tape to help the seal. Had to make sure I used fresh batteries too as my first four didn't test well, no idea how long they'll last. To test without the hose you can hear the release valve click if the batteries are good and you turn up the sensitivity dial past zero. I put the sensitivity at 7, which seems to be good, I've heard it go off a few times and have seen that cat running away, some squirrels too. After I staked it into the ground (didn't use the extension) it didn't go off when I waved my hand in front of it, but it did go off if I shaked the unit with the hose. The sensitivity dial dis seem to make a difference, zero 0 is off, 1 is on, and 3 isn't very sensitive and 7 or higher seemed just about right without false triggering. You can also adjust the spray and arc by changing the top dial. I went in the middle, otherwise you can go with a long stream or short messy splash. It sprays back and forth very quickly for about five seconds and then stops. You can also adjust the rotation range using the two slips around column base under the sprayer. I had to move the metal switch lever to the outside of the tabs (it does fold up so you don't break it), as it ships in the wrong position for adjusting.CONS:- Night sensing is not so great (have motion camera that has shown large rats and cats walk in front of sprinkler with no activation on highest setting).- Hard to use battery cover, tiny screws that strip.- No way to know if battery power is low.PROS:- Works pretty well in daylight hours.- Easy adjust for radius and steam distance, either long stream or shorter splash.- Sensitivity dial, Zero 0 is off, 9 is High sensitivity, no false triggering after a week of use.- Extension hight pole, good option even though I'm not using it where I have it setup. All in all I'm pleased and it does work. Yes, the battery compartment is a pain with four tiny screws, hope I don't strip them or a zip tie might have to do, a snap in place compartment lid would be easier but I get you're trying to keep water out. I may get another one to cover another section of the yard as there's another group of windows my cats spend a lot of time at and can see that stray cat roaming around in the distance. Anything is worth investing in until my cat stops lashing out at her sister in confusion and dismay, hoping she may also grow out of it as it might just be a territorial phase at three years of age.

It worked...for about 6 months, then flooded my yard.
It works perfectly. However, after about 6 months, I was going to work one morning and saw water running down my driveway...all the way from the back yard. The fixture on the device broke or something and it was gushing water...probably all night. So it didn't last as long as I would have liked, but it drove away every animal that walked through my backyard. Cats, Rabbits, Skunks, Possum, Fox, squirrels. Although...squirrels are pretty dumb and tend to get sprayed in the face for a few seconds before they decide to run away.

Deer deterrent: motion activated
This motion sensor sprinkler has worked for us. All of my roses and other plants that the deer like to devour were protected by this sprinkler. We bought a second one this year since our plantings have increased. A secondary bonus is our young granddaughters put on their swimsuits and run by it triggering the sprinkler. They laugh and scream, fun stuff. Sometimes we forget to turn it off while working outside
