So it’s been about 3 weeks since I started taking these supplements. 1 after breakfast and 1 after dinner. This past Friday was the worst day. I had very bad acid reflux, very bad stomach craps and zero appetite. I stopped taking it for a day. I took one after dinner last night and I woke up around 3am to barf my brains out. I couldn’t sleep so I’m tired now at work. Have no appetite but I’m barging yellow bile. So with this being said it will curb your appetite tremendously but is it really worth it. For me no way! I feel like poop and I’m soooooo nauseous. 🤮 I gave it 3 starts because it started off great and will stop you from eating. But not worth it lol
