Arrived quickly and works as it should

My cricut joy would not connect to my computer. So I had to get a external Bluetooth and Ya!! It now works fine.

I had to return this item because it did not work with my wireless keyboard and mouse.

Insignia - Bluetooth 4.0 USB Adapter - Black will not download drivers and when you go to site says drivers are outdated geek sq wanted a fee to download drivers went to utube and found drivers uint itself works great just outdated adapter. i was trying to use beats Dr D

Mostly works as expected in Windows 10.I had an issue where the bluetooth mouse would lag when not used for 1+ sec and take a second or two to recognize mouse movement again. If you have this issue make sure to turn off power saving options for this USB adaptor in Windows 10. You can do this in Device Manager --> Bluetooth. Find the entry for this USB driver and right click and select "Properties" and under the "Power Management" tab uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"

So I bought this at Best Buy. My wireless headphones and Xbox one controller connect fine, but only one at a time. If I have both connected at the same time, there is a horrible popping sound in my headphones. Like it can't keep up. Very disapointed.
