I purchased this watch the first time and it didn't work, filed a return and Amazon replaced it with a new one. It worked off and on with the app. My husband had a hard time synchronizing it with the APP on his phone. Intermittent. I had to work with it and it was a real PITA. The last Straw was the plastic charger base melted and no we can no longer use the app with it. I tried in vain to find a replacement on the Internet and applied to Amazon for assistance. No replacements anywhere, and the original website is in Chinese and cannot read it! Very frustrating. Paid over $80.00 and have been skunked. I don't recommend this watch to anyone!!

This watch is so far the best one I have found. I love the classic watch look, but still having the up to date tech. I can monitor everything, and the reading are fairly correct ( +/- 1-2 points on BP) but it stays that much off on each reading, so I know what the reading truly is by adding +2 to my read.
