Yes, it's 100% Italian olives and made in Italy. They use the crusher stones, mechanical old way of getting the oil out. You can look them up on the internet. www.sangiuliano.it It also says its from Sardinia Italy (since 1916!) I buy this at a local Italian store. It is THE best oil I've ever tasted. Very rich. I don't find it acidic at all. Very flavorful.
