Adult Halloween costume party. Husband was Reggae Shark and I was the Jelly Witch. It was really cute. I added just a little more detail to my hat, extra tentacles and eyelashes.

We bought these for a themed party and they look like a 6 year old made them for a project for school. It's about half the size it is in the picture and there's absolutely no way to get it to fit your head. The hat is made for a child but has an adult in the picture. You can make this yourself for half the price. Stay away.
