After a long research decided to buy this product and I'm very satisfied. Very good quality and functionality. Setup was very quick and easy, just bought a prepaid sim and downloaded the app. Great product with a wide range of accessories. Gave the tags to my kids and receive a sms every time they come home. Would recommend it!!!

Purchased this product at a popular retail store and installed it, also spent another £200 on additional PIRs and siren. The product appearance and build is good. It was easy to pair the PIRs (and the items in the above package were already paired). The sim was inserted and had good connectivity. The control panel was installed in the hallway and the PIRs in each of my 4 bedrooms and one each in the lounge, kitchen and dining areas. The door window contact was installed in the front door and back/utility door. After installation, the front door and PIR sensor of the lounge triggered the armed system successfully and instantaneously--very pleased, ...but thats where the fun ended!! none of the other sensors would communicate with the control panel and alarm when triggered. even the Remote control key wouldn't work if operated from beyond a distance of 12 feet (approx 3 metres) in order verify this, i brought all the sensors within a radius of 10 feet and they all triggered the control panel alarm. Hence for some reason, my product had very limited and impractical range (product range quoted is up to 80 m) and couldn't function as a security system. Hence I uninstalled it all, planning to return it tomorrow if they accept, if not throw it into recycling. Really annoyed with the waste of time and money!!PS. There is no interference at my house as it is a standard new build UK home -- where other security systems work fine at my neighbours.
