Great for My Home Shop
I did a cross country move and in the process sold a lot of equipment before I left, so I vowed the first new tool would be a two post lift. I looked around and thought about a 7000 lb lift would be fine since they can be had so cheap, but I decided to spend a few extra hundred to get this instead. I'm glad I did because the first project was my crew cab super duty with a camper shell on the back so it weighs in at right at about 7k lbs or maybe a little more. I had to rebuild the rear end. The lift picks it up without issue, but being a 4x4 I had to use wooden blocks in addition to the truck adapters to avoid damage to the side steps. No mind, it didn't move around on the blocks at all. Buying lifts in this prosumer category is often a sketchy proposition, like the scissor lifts you get from HF and others with questionable but usually adequate build quality. Not so with this. All of the welds look like they're wire feed gas welds done by a machine. If not, they're done by very good welders who know their stuff, so check that box. Another indication of build quality is that when I set the posts up and dialed in the exact same number of turns to the cable adjusters on either side, the two sides were so perfectly aligned that I couldn't tell the difference between the clicks on both columns. They were clicking at exactly the same times, meaning that both columns, both cables and all of the pulleys were built to the exact same spec on either side. Otherwise my method of adjustment would have been merely a close place to start with before fine tuning. I didn't have to make any. Once they were tensioned, that's where they stayed. I find this to be an attention to detail that while maybe not necessary, it shows pride in workmanship that gives me confidence that I'll be safe working underneath. A final word about quality is the fact that they require a 30 amp circuit and 6" minimum concrete thickness. The power unit draws only 15 amps, so the 30 amp circuit is way overkill. Same with the concrete. While others of the same capacity call for 4.5" thickness, they build in a greater safety factor with this lift by calling for 6". While this is on the installer to do it this way, it again gives me confidence that I'm not going to end up a pancake underneath this thing. With all that said, when I had the truck up on the lift and started grabbing things at the rear, it seemed to move around quite a bit. Apparently this is normal for a long pickup and it can be remedied by putting safety stands front and rear. I couldn't bring myself to get under it until I bought the safety stands to stabilize it. All in all the truck was up in the air for two weeks and there was never any indication of strain. When it came time to let it down, no issue there either. It picked it up if the safety catches no problem and down it came after I released them. As others have noted, the instructions aren't great. The limit switch and bar was a mystery that took a little while to figure out. There was no diagram or instruction on how to do it. Also, I don't think I would feel confident putting a full 10k lbs on it. That's not to say it won't lift it safely, but even given the safety factors they build into the capacities on these things, I always like to have more than I need to have when I have to climb under something that weighs several tons. With the way the safety arms were flexing with 7k+ on it, that's about all I'm comfortable with personally. It's fine considering that my pickup is the heaviest thing I'll ever put on it, but if you're looking to put a full 10k on a lift, you might want to get something that's the next class up. The 11k and up lifts are a much heavier duty design than this style and will give you the wiggle room needed in case your weights aren't exactly where you thought they were. Overall, I consider this to be a bargain for the price. It's a very well made piece of equipment and costs thousands less than the name brand lifts. I've seen the other 10k lifts and they aren't any heavier than this in design. The instructions aren't the best, but given the price, I feel like that's the least of my concerns. I was still able to make do, so it wouldn't be worth paying extra to have the install manual flow a little better. In the end it works beautifully and I couldn't be happier.

Instructions fuzzy - see my pictures
This is a great lift. The over all quality is pretty good. The hydraulics and hoses are a much better quality than most I looked at. A plus did a good job communicating with me via text prior to shipping out. You will need access to a fork lift or tractor for sure. While the assembly instructions were mostly understandable, one issue I ran into is there are a few steps that are fuzzy on how to complete. For example wiring the safety bar isn’t very clear. Also instructions didn’t show me where to install the racks/toe guards and the tool trays that go with them. I have included some pictures of how these should go. This should help anyone else that has issues ( I hope). Make sure to read completely through the instructions before you begin assembling. This will save you a ton of time and aggravation. This lift picks up my Chevy 3500 crew cab with no problem. Note that I have 5-1/2” reinforced concrete slab under it though. Over all I’m very happy with the lift. Aplus as a company has a good product for the price here. I would recommend this lift to any hobbiest and maybe even for a professional shop based on its use.

Solid lift
I love this lift. Works great and lift my diesel F350 no problem. It’s pretty straightforward for assembly as well, although the included instructions leave a little to be desired. I found similar lift videos on YouTube for installation that were helpful, but this was a little stressful trying to understand how to install it correctly. You also have to balance the cables correctly, which takes a little bit of finesse, but it’s not impossible. The only negative feedback I have is the shipping, they bolt all of the arms together, but basically everything else is just placed inside of the cradle, and the monkeys that delivered mine threw it around quite a bit so things were banged up a little.

Very impressive for value.
I picked up the 1350 lb lift from the shipper. They used a fork lift to put it on my trailer. My only complaint is that the hydraulic pump, which was originally strapped to the lift and covered in plastic, came loose during the trip home. The metal straps failed, I think during shipping but unseen due to the wrap. The plastic blew off and the pump was just sitting on top of the lift unsecured and surprisingly didn’t fall off. I was able to back the trailer to within a few feet of the installation location and stand up each column on the floor, with help. It was easy to rock and walk the columns to the final location. I knew where my lift was going to go when I poured the foundation and had 20” concrete there. I used a 3/4” x 12” hammer drill bit from Amazon (Wensilon) and it still looked good after drilling all the holes in the concrete. All anchor nuts tightened to 125 ft-lbs. It was difficult to tighten the cables as access is limited. It would be nice if an extra long socket was provided. The rest of the installation was easy. Don’t fill the hydraulic tank when the lift is all the way up. When it comes down all that oil has to go somewhere (on the floor). So far the heaviest vehicles I have lifted is a F-150 with no issues.

Best purchase I have ever made
I am impressed with every single aspect of this lift I don’t even know where to begin: I’ll admit, I was extremely skeptical about buying a “no name” lift as I have worked in a shop for a few years and been using lifts professionally for over 6 years. As much as I wanted a rotary, challenger, bendpak etc…, I couldn’t justify the cost for my weekend warrior projects/storage for the Midwest winters. After reading lots of mixed reviews, the consensus still leaned more positive vs negative and I said screw it and pulled the trigger. Let me tell you- I have no regrets about this lift. The only thing that appears to have been sacrificed from a higher priced lift is the single point unlocking system, maybe slightly higher quality powder coat and that’s really about it….. I knew that this lift wasn’t equipped with the single point unlock but that was something I could get over given the price. That being said, the build quality far exceeds my expectations. The steel is solid, the holes are drilled in the right places, the hardware doesn’t feel cheap, the pump doesn’t make weird noises and the INSTRUCTIONS were clear. Some other reviewers stated that the instructions were vague or not clear enough but I have never installed a lift before and my father and I got it completely set up, wired, and functional in less than a day. When we finished the install the last step was to mount and wire the safety bar. This is the ONLY issue we ran into with the whole process. The instructions stated that there is a special bracket to mount the safety bar on and my kit seemed to be missing that bracket. We installed the lift on a Saturday, I messaged the support team on Sunday afternoon regarding the missing bracket and by Tuesday I had a response and the customer support staff listened to my problem, replied with a simple question and after showing them the hardware that was included in my kit, they sent me detailed pictures of the updated design (the instructions reflected the older design) and exactly how to install the safety bar with the hardware that was included in the kit. The support staff was extremely helpful and attentive to my problem and after looking at their photos I got the safety bar installed and operational in about 30 minutes. From top to bottom the whole buying, delivering, installing and operating process was/is streamlined and EASY. You cannot beat the price, the build quality is solid, the instructions were good, the support was quick and helpful and I did I mention that I had the lift in my garage ready to install within 5 days of ordering it? Seriously, if you’re on the fence about a lift, it’s one of the best investments you can make as a DIY’er and I foresee no problems in the future with this unit. Just make sure your concrete can handle it and that you have enough ceiling clearance. Now stop reading my review and just buy it before the price goes up!

4 months of use and it has been flawless.
I have been using this for months now without a single complaint! I build a lot of classic hot rids at home and this thing handles the job day in and day out.

Solid lift!
This is a solid lift! Easy to set up, although the directions suck. If you have basic knowledge of how to assemble things you’ll be fine. Lifts my F250 with ease. Great addition to the pole barn!
