As a graduate student, I needed something lightweight but strong enough for daily classes, note-taking, and video calls. This 11-inch laptop turned out to be perfect. It boots in seconds, and the touchscreen makes browsing and editing slides much faster. The screen quality is incredible — colors look vivid, and watching movies is a treat. I also love the smooth mousepad controls for volume and brightness. Battery life lasts through my whole day of lectures, and the dual camera with face login feels modern and safe. For the price, it feels premium, reliable, and fun to use. I couldn’t be happier!

This a great computer/tablet. It's fast easy to use and has all the software I need to get up and running quickly. I initially had an issue with my windows activation and my hard drive storage but customer service was second to know resolved my issue quickly with no hesitation. This computer is definitely a bang for your buck. I will be buying another soon

We purchased this laptop to serve as our travel laptop, and its been fantastic in that regard. It has an up to date N100 processor (we previously had a Celeron J4105 and this one is noticeably faster), 16g of RAM, and we chose the version with the 1TB SSD drive for lots of storage. The form factor is great for airplane use, and surprisingly, I found the keyboard to be one of the best compact laptop keyboards to work on. The travel and feedback on the keys is really good for typing out documents. The backlit keyboard is a game changer that I didn't know I needed on flights (I confess my touch typing is not as good as it used to be), and the screen resolution and brightness is nice. The 11" screen size is not for everyone, but is big enough for my eyes to work with, and it also has a responsive touch screen so its easy to zoom in on text if you need to. Added plus is the 360 capability to turn this into a tablet, but to be honest I rarely use this and mostly have this in regular keyboard mode. Lots of great ports on board so you don't need to bring a separate dongle if you don't want to: USB-C, two USB-A's (3.0 speed), and a mini-HDMI (unfortunately you will need an adapter as this will be your main video display port -- the USB-C did not output display for me). Disappointingly (for me), there was no micro-SD slot (even though this is listed in the description) -- I have camera gear (gimbal, actioncam, and drone), and it would have been useful to be able to pop memory cards in to transfer files directly. Instead you will need an adapter. Some areas for improvement: charging is through a proprietary power plug; battery life with complex processor and display on bright is not as long as I would like (think more like 2-3 hours, so either dim your screen or bring your power plug), the USB-C does not charge the laptop or output display, and (as other reviews have noted), when doing high processing, the fans can run hot and drain battery life. These are all acceptable to me as I use this for occasional work on the plane and cafe, and these are mostly low processor intensive so it has lasted in excess of 3 hours on a full charge. 5 stars for customer service: I had questions about a Windows activation code (this was corrected within 24 hours), the features of the laptop (also satisfactorily addressed), and how to get a spare power plug (information provided within 24 hours). So they will support and help you out post-sale, no worries there. If you are looking for a laptop for travel that has good ports and specs, this will work for you, as long as you understand there are trade-offs for this form factor. If you want more battery life, it needs to be bigger. If you want a faster processor and DDR5 memory, again, it'll be pricier. With the discounts regularly running on this one, and the customer service, it is a solid choice for this size laptop with these features.

I got this because it was the size I wanted. Started it up, got it running, thought this was great, was working fine until I had to restart it. Now I can not get back in. Others have had better luck that I am not having.

Fast and portable laptop. Keyboard is a great size and keys work well. This is the same size as my iPad, so it is really portable. The only negative is it seems to only hold a charge for 2-3 hours. It will only change at the charging port which is a 3.5mm. I purchased an adapter so I can charge with a battery for increased portability. It was very easy to set up. The touchpad works well but it is easy to accidentally adjust the brightness and volume as those are also connected to the touchpad. This isn’t my daily computer but purchased for travel or times when I want access to a computer without the bulk of my full-size laptop. Very happy with the purchase. It’s what I wanted from my iPad/keyboard combo that it couldn’t deliver.

For an inexpensive laptop this unit comes ready to use, right out of the box (OK, you have to charge it first). Of course, one must download your anti-virus program, clean-up programs, and such, but it comes with Windows 11 and Office already installed. I found it annoying that there is no user manual (Yes, a brief one for Windows 11 is included), but not one for the PC itself - also missing is a drawing of the unit, showing the location of the power button, and which sockets are for which cords/wires. There is not even a website where one can download a manual. This issue alone got this unit knocked down from five to four stars. So far, well worth the price. Update 11/24/2025 - with several months of use, I can now relate two issues - the first is that this unit has only about a one hour battery life - so, plan to keep the unit plugged in while in use. The other is that during travel the keyboard scratches the screen - not, so badly that it is not usable, but visible.
