I first found out about the Gada from theFlowingDutchman videos on Youtube. I like everything about swinging clubs and this is a new and beautiful kind of mace with its own personality. I ordered 2 of this item (3kg-4kg Gada) so that I could do the exercises that use 2 Gadas at the same time, which is not just a test of strength but of coordination. I also ordered a pair of smaller (2kg-3kg) Gadas (still in shipping) and plan to start proper Gada practice with the smaller ones. Right now I am practicing form with wooden dowels, very light. I recommend these Gadas to anyone interested in exploring Indian and Persian techniques. There are many internet videos about the Gada and other kinds of mace. Who can do the Gada? Anybody! I am a little old lady, 76 years young, 57 inches tall, and ready for this new adventure!

I got the 1 - 2 kg very small not 2 feet. Good for pray room not for strength training. Need more information maybe a man holding it doing training then you will get a better idea of which one is suitable.

I have purchased the 3-4kg Gada, and my initial response to receiving the Gada was : WOW! First of all, the delivery was quite fast as it was shipped from India. Second the quality is just absolutely superb! I shall not forget to mention that it is absolutely beautiful to look at. The weight is perfect for me.
