Takes Practice/Long Lasting
The first time I ever used a Fox 40 whistle, it sounded soft. If you try to use it like you are blowing out a candle, it may sound like it is broken. Once you get the hang of it, they are phenomenal. The sound generated from these when used properly are loud enough to hear in a crowded stadium or noisy gym.These things lasted forever. I would only replace them because my job would give me a new one every year. If you don't have that luxury, they can be washed with hot, soapy water, and air dried.

Great whistle but came without lanyard
The whistle is great and sounds amazing but online it clearly shows it coming with a lanyard. Unfortunately mine didn’t come with a lanyard. I have plenty so I just attached it to one that I have but someone who doesn’t have a lanyard might not be as ok as I am with it.
