Excellent purchase. We bought as a present for a person living alone and unable to lift kettle. So good we bought one for ourselves. Saves waiting for kettle to boil and only pay for what you use.

Great for disabled people who can’t carry a regular kettle or have mobility issues. Basically great time saver, safe to use just press a button, reduces the the risk of being scolded

Convenient and energy saving
Nice large refillable tank. Took several weeks for the plastic smell/taste to disappear. Disappointed that one of the indicator lights noting dispensing application has given up already
