It arrived without damage and it is solid. My only 3 issues are, the back was lower than expected, even after measuring, the cushions kept sliding off and the instructions are awful. I ended up not really using them. To remedy the cushions problem, I bought a roll of non skid liner for under a rug, and cut it to fit under the cushions. That fixed the problem. With the cushions being so thick, which is nice, it makes the back feel lower than we had anticipated, but both my husband tall, 5'8 and 6'3, so we know that will happen. We have it under a overhang, so it is not in our in the sun and rain. I would advise against that with this set. It is perfect for what we are using it for and the price was good, especially with the free shipping!

Took me ~2 hours to assemble by myself. Was very simple and after you do one, the assembly process is easy just timely. Love the appearance and quality seems good. Cushions do not stay on well and need velcro and the cushions have strings coming off from inseam that need to be cut off. Overall happy with purchase.

Cons: Back is lower than I expected but I should have paid better attention to the dimensions. We have had it for almost 3 months now on a screened in back porch. The cushions are so hard to keep clean-water spots show up on them and cushions keep getting moldy spots on them even though they are not in the rain/weather...Cushions slide off quite easilyPros- looks nice when it’s brand new, fairly easy to put together. Nice to be able to change the configuration.

We purchased this set and an additional ottoman and table for our new home. The set arrived within only a few days. It did arrive in 2 shipments, which was a little concerning, but was quickly verified by the seller. I took other buyer suggestions and used an Allen wrench adaptor for our drill to put it together. I only needed assistance once and it took just 2.5 hours total to put all pieces together. The directions were accurate and easy to follow and there was no damage to any of the pieces in the delivery. The set also came with fasteners to keep the pieces attached, which is really helpful. The cushions do slip around because of the fabric, but not enough to bother us. The back rest is short, but I like that someone can rest there arm along the back of the chair/sofa if they like. My husband is 6'2 and sits on this set comfortably. All in all, we are very happy with our new patio furniture and would definitely recommend this seller.

Everything is great, except the cushions hold a lot of water.Make sure to get them out of the rain if you want to use them the next day.

Extremely disappointed at how the cushion feel and how they don’t stay in place even after a small wind. They fly off everywhere.Not sure how this how so many great reviews??? They are extremely uncomfortable.My other extremely big disappointment is that I ordered the brown one and now realizing that it’s not even the same design. One part is missing the back.Ofcourse since my husband already assembled it will be too much of a headache to return so stuck with them.

This is a great set for the price. Assembly was fairly easy and took about 1.5 hours. We were missing a few clips, but the company sent immediately. EXCELLENT communication and customer service. Product looks well built and more high-end. Cushions are "slick" and repel water. They are firm....not a "cushy" style. Have not washed covers yet, but appreciate that I can remove them! Very, very happy with this product.

Just received these 7pc set. Going to see how they hold up. Good deal for the price
