Absolutely brilliant item. It was so relaxing. The movement on the temple is just what I need. I love that you can listen to your own music via Bluetooth. Excellent item and would highly recommend.

The good: heat is amazing, full blackout, very soft and comfy to wear, pressure on the temples is very strong even for my literal child sized head (I’m 27 and the size of an 11 year old), it feels like a solidly build proper branded mask rather than a cheap knock off The bad: you can hear the air motor quite loud next to your ear, the awful speakers come on as soon as you turn it on and there’s no dedicated button to turn it off like a simple mute button switch so you have to long press of the buttons and it’s just not very convenient especially when you’re trying to relax lol, also I don’t feel like there’s enough pressure on the front and back of the head but I do have a tiny head lol, also when you turn it onto mute it mutes everything so you have to set the pressure and heat before you mute it and idk it’s just not very convenient and it’s irritating to do, you ideally should just be able to turn it on and have all the functions easy to find Overall: mixed opinions, definitely got its strong points and improvements, I just hope the developers listen to comments like mine and improve them for a next version of a mask!

A real shame as I wanted these to work. Someone has clearly spent a lot of time thinking through and designing a good product (nearly). The first two uses were great. Lovely massage on my temples and around the eyebrows. The warmth, although not hot enough, was soothing for my 'dry eyes' (they need to get to 47*C to effectively clear tear ducts, which they don't). On third use there was a loud pop and hiss and they deflated. It no longer works properly. If the manufacturer wants to keep selling these they have to improve the quality - there are numerous reviews indicating similar problems and returns. This should get only one star for lasting just one day but I have given them two on the basis they are a good design and nearly work but poor manufacturing has let them down.

I truly love this RENPHO Eyeris Head & Eye Massager. It relaxes me so much that it makes me sleep like a baby. The only “problem” (if you can call it that!) is that it works too well 😄 — I often fall asleep before the cycle ends and sometimes wake up still wearing it because I didn’t move all night. It’s honestly like being hypnotized. In less than 15 minutes, I’m completely asleep and stay that way until the next morning. The combination of gentle pressure, heat, and massage around the eyes, forehead, temples, and head is incredibly soothing and effective for stress and tension. My husband tried mine and now he can’t fall asleep without his. After that, I had to get another one just for him. Then my daughter tried it… and now she wants one too. It’s become a chain reaction — everyone who tries it ends up wanting their own. The quality is excellent, it feels comfortable, and it truly does what it promises. It’s been amazing for relaxation, headaches, and especially for sleep. Questo massaggiatore e' davvero strepitoso, ogni sera lo accendo e mi dedico un momento tutto mio, in piu' sembra di essere in una Spa , lo straconsiglio per chi come me dopo giornate stressanti vuole staccare la spina. Le emicranie sono diminuite io tra le tre opzioni scelgo quello piu' soft quando la testa non fa male, se inizio con Emicranie piu' frequenti accendo la spia rossa, e quella esercita una pressione piu' potente, il calore che emane e' piacevolissimo, la sera prima di coricarmi lo uso, e la notte dormo che una bellezza!!.

It was functioning well first few weeks but suddenly the forehead massaging has stopped. Seems like a common issue as others have also reported. Is there any solution to this ?
