This is a beautiful Gazebo. We installed it ourselves. It took a couple of days, and a total of 5 people to get the roof on, but follow the detailed instructions and go to yardistry.com and watch the tutorials. You will have a beautiful, high end, finished product.

It is 12’ x 12’
It is still on the box awaiting assembly. What I like most is that it is 12’ by 12’ which is the size of the pad it will be anchored on. What I like least is the many reviews which say it is complex and takes long to assemble. Maybe I will provide a more insightful review once assembled bu I won’t get rewarded if I am not the first to riviera it.

The Perfect Pergola.
This pergola just got completed today at my home. It is absolutely beautiful and beyond my expectations. It was lots of “ putting together” for my handyman but instructions were complete, involved, but easy to understand for him. All items for assembly were provided within the box. The delivery was quick. It was delivered in a large box. Total weight was over 600 lbs. so this item is heavy but sturdy once up. I’m just thrilled with it. I’m glad I purchased and would again. And I found this pergola cheaper here than Wayfair and a couple of other sights.

Read the directions AND watch the VERY helpful assembly videos online!
The product is outstanding! We purchased the 12X12 gazebo and put it over a concrete patio. The design and quality is exceptional and looks fantastic, it's sturdy and well designed and will last a very long time. We added some lighting and a gutter system that is color matched to the roof which makes the entire gazebo pop! We always get compliments when friends and family come over. My best advise however, is this...this gazebo is large, heavy and all of it is real wood! Due to it's size, you WILL need a few helpful hands to assemble it. Read the instructions and watch the on-line video's BEFORE you start to assemble...trust me. Once you've read and watched the video's and instructions, open up some beer, take your time and it will go up smoothly!

Many hardware parts were missing
The overall gazebo when completed is very nice and good quality. We had to go out to the hardware store to buy screws/lag bolts/nuts...etc just to get the main structure together on the first day. They sent the missing parts by courier 2 days later. Some of the milling of the wood parts are off mark, but don't worry it all comes together just fine. If everything was there it is a one day project for 3 handy people.Would I buy it again? YES.

Very good quality and very nice guidelines to assembleBut I am so disappointed by the delivery company came with the big transport truck and with only one person who is almost 60+ years old and left two times bcz my wife was home and she can’t carry that 200 kg package third time I have to arrange my own people for taking for packages off
