I felt odd opting for a “cheap” baby monitor but this is awesome!!! Gets the job done with no finicky features. Quality is great - can clearly see baby in the darkest of rooms, and clearly hear when they wake up as well. Low battery alert noise is loud too so no concern about forgetting to charge the camera. Happy with this purchase!

I am very happy with this product and the customer service from Vtimes. We been using this monitor for nearly 7-months, the camera has very generous horizontal and vertical capacity, I can literally turn the camera using the monitor and easily see various parts of the room. Also, the wide monitor provides great coverage of my baby while sleeping. When the monitor got damage and half the screen turned black, I contacted Vtimes through the Amazon product support link and less than12hours later, I already received a reply from Vtimes indicating they would replace the monitor. I am very happy we choose Vtimes for our baby monitor and even more happier with the excellent customer services. I would highly recommend this product.

We recently had a baby. Our baby is quite the caboose and 7 years younger than our last child. We had gotten rid of all of our baby things assuming we were done. So I was on the look out for something affordable, user friendly, and something that didn’t run off WiFi. After reading over reviews and waiting for a good deal, I snagged one of these. I have been so happy with my purchase. It works well. The range on it has been wonderful working all the way across my home as I work from home and my office is on the exact opposite of the home. The battery life would be the biggest complaint I had. I would charge it before I went to bed. Usually went to bed around 10 or 10:30 and it would beep that it was dead between 4:30 and 5. My baby now sleeps until 7 so it was annoying to be woken up when baby was still sleeping. I don’t have an open plug near my nightstand due to it being taken up by other things. My newest complaint started a few weeks ago. I noticed the screen would go weird, or the sound would cut out randomly. Then I started getting this screen that would say no signal. I usually could turn it off and back on and that would solve the problem. However this last week the problem got worse and now the baby monitor just turns itself off. This happened through the night and I woke to hear my baby crying, but due to closed doors in our home he had been crying for a while. I was feeling upset things weren’t working like they had been and reached out to the seller and explained my situation and what was going on. They responded within 12 hours with the option of a replacement or my money back. I’ve enjoyed the monitor so much I opted for a replacement. We will see how things go with the new one. But their customer service alone should receive 5 stars! Great company to work with.

Mounts nicely to the wall, love that i can move the camera around with the video monitor. Didn't know I would need that until you have a toddler loose in their bedroom and have to find where they fell asleep. Video monitor has good battery life and range( i can be anywhere in my house and even outside doing yard work), way better than the 1st baby monitor i had. Ice had it for about 1.5 years and still love it.

Bought this monitor and loved it. It worked really well for us and I liked the smaller screen so I could place it in my pocket while I walked around the house during naptime. By no fault but my own, the screen cracked and it was no longer usable. After contacting the company, they generously sent me a new one within 2 days. Very happy with Vtimes!
