phil&teds Travel Bag for phil&teds, Mountain Buggy, Baby Jogger & britax Strollers

We were excited about this bag and were hoping it would protect our Phil&Teds stroller while flying. Unfortunately when we arrived at our destination, the plastic portion at the bottom of the bag had suffered some major damage. When we took it to the repair place recommended by the airline, they told us that it could not be repaired so we're hoping that the airline will replace it. Unfortunately the plastic section at the bottom is very thin and not very strong - especially for what it is made to do. Luckily our stroller came out okay on the other end.

The handle broke before we even got to the airport. The handle is not made well.

We flew from Manitoba, Canada to Hawaii, with a brief layover in Denver and upon arrival the bottom of the bag (the hard, protective part) was completely destroyed. It was gate checked, which we thought would help prevent too much damage, but we received it completely unusable in Hawaii. Very disappointed.

Not durable for check-in / luggage hold. Cracked first time. Terrible quality.

Received this on time, in original package.The bag seems sturdy and is big enough to fit our buggy plus accessories BUT it is very bulky even when folded down. For air travel, I need to have my baby in the buggy until boarding the plane. There is no place to store the bag under the buggy until we reach the gate... so for air travel this product is not practical. I returned it and bought a foldable sturdy sac-type buggy protector :(
