Great Performance but Annoying Creaking
This is my new laptop, and it works well, fast, and without any issues. I like that it’s not heavy, and for me, the screen size is perfect. But what I really don’t like is the noisy sound it makes every time I open it or pick it up. It has a creaky, unpleasant noise that’s quite annoying. You can even hear it in the video.

Data Wipe and Program downgrade
Customer service suck. After 8 months my battery failed, so I sent it in and they replaced th battery. During repair, they erased all my data and, big surprise, removed Windows 11 Pro and replaced it with Windows 11 Home. ASUS said geting Windows 11 Pro back was my problem. I figured it out. There abspolute was no reson to wipe my computer for a battery replacement!
