Works great.
I can't say what the difference in feel is between this and the stock dual mass flywheel that the cars come with as I converted mine from an automatic, but this works great and was easy to install.

Fit perfect on a 1999 e46 323i, smooth feel and engagement. Barely noticeable noise and vibration change. Great way to save some bucks and get fewer parts to go bad in there.
